It's easy to take with you when you're on the go, so you can get great nutrients anytime. It does have a vitamin smell to it, but it's not that bad. It is filling so you feel full after drinking. With 23 vitamins and minerals you can't go wrong with this. It's also a great value for the price. Highly recommend!

The flavor is chocolate, tastes amazing. It’s sweet but not too sweet, like a richer chocolate milk. This is 220 calories, and 42 grams of complete protein, 23 vitamins and minerals, and only 2grams of sugar. This shake is formulated to support muscle health in active adults.

I need to have more protein in my diet and since I’m on a weight loss journey I’ve been struggling to get my protein in and this makes it so much easier. It comes in a pack with four large bottles and gives me 23 vitamins and minerals with only 2g of sugar! I definitely plan to switch to Ensure going forward.

With so much protein packed in to such a small bottle is forgivable though. I was left full and satisfied after drinking though. The packaging is high quality and having a cap to reseal the bottle is nice.

The 42g of protein is definitely a plus, and it’s convenient when you need something quick and filling. The vitamin and mineral content is a nice bonus too. As for the taste, it’s okay. Not the best chocolate flavor I’ve had, but not terrible either… kind of somewhere in the middle. The texture is smooth, though it can feel a little thick if you’re not used to protein shakes. It’s also great that it’s low in sugar, but you can definitely tell it’s more functional than indulgent. I’m not a huge protein shake drinker but prefer the powder kind that I can dilute the flavor with my own added ingredients. All in all, it gets the job done, but it’s not something I’d crave every day. Good for a boost of protein when needed, but not a go-to for flavor. There is a flavor guarantee but I didn’t dislike enough that I’d try to get my money back for it.

It does have a chocolatey taste but it also has that basic protein shakes taste and thickness that just isn't very appetizing. I do love how much protein is in this drink as most shakes have around 20-30 grams. Overall if you generally enjoy protein shakes, then this is definitely for you, but if you are looking for something a little different and more tasteful, this might not be the shake for you.
