This ensure Max protein has probably the highest grams in a shake available. More than the ones I’ve seen anyway, as meal replacements. The taste of the shake is very chocolatey and thick. It has a little bit of that protein flavor with a slight aftertaste from what I’m guessing is a artificial sweeteners. I feel like that’s to be expected the overall convenience of being able to drink something that is chocolatey and tasty if I am low on my protein intake for the day, makes it a very valuable nutritional supplement to have around.

Protein drink mainly for the high protein content which it definitely delivers on that. 42 g in a single bottle is impressive. Made it convenient when I needed something quick and filling. That said, with the nutrition being strong, the flavor wasn’t my favorite. It has that typical “nutrition shake” taste. Bit artificial and heavier than regular protein drinks.
