[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soo i will say the texture is a bit thick, but it does keep my tummy full. Its a good size bottle and it s convenient for when you are in a rush and forgot to eat, or for a meal replacement. It does give you an odd aftertaste but nothing we cant handle. Packaging was easy to grab and go.
