I normally drink another brand but I saw these with 42g of protein. Just got (they keep selling out) and it had a really nice rich chocolate flavor. I stuck it in the freezer and it was just like drinking a chocolate milkshake. Just a tiny bit of aftertaste. Disappointed ingredient is sucralose which is not ideal as a type 2 diabetic

I plan on adding this to my coffee now that I know it tastes good. The size is kind of big and it was hard to finish in one sitting. I did put it in the fridge the night before I drank it so it was cold too.

Bit pricy if not on sale but good protein source

Ensure Max Protein nutrition shake contains 42g complete protein. This nutrition shake also contains 23 minerals and vitamins, as well as only 2g of sugar. This product claims it helps to build muscle tissue, which protein actually does help with preventing loss of muscle. I was excited to try Ensure Max Protein nutrition shake in the flavor milk chocolate. My only fear was the chalky after taste I usually get with other protein drinks. I will say that even though I did get a chalky after taste with this shake too, it did not seem as bad as with other protein shakes. The milk chocolate flavor was good as well. I will say after drinking the shake, I felt full, which I was happy to find. I currently need to be sure I'm taking in plenty of protein daily, so I am happy to find that I can drink all of this protein shake. If you need a protein shake that provides a lot of protein, minerals, and vitamins, Ensure Max Protein nutrition shake in the flavor milk chocolate is a good choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the taste of this product. It was not chalky tasting like some products can be, and had a minimal aftertaste. There was no preparation involved other than refrigerating prior to consumption. I definitely would buy this product especially as it is a good product to help meet my protein goals.

I frequently buy these for the protein boost and usually am content with them. I bought this product yesterday, shook it really well and started drinking it only to get a thin chunk of goo in my mouth. strained the rest and found some not so appetizing gelatinous sheets of something.

I would buy these again if they wouild put them in paper packaging. To discard so much plastic is wasteful, and with toxic microplastics throughout our bodies I am not looking to add more.
