Great tasting protein

Not too sweet, I try not to eat too much sweets (especially when holiday treats are everywhere) There's a slight after taste but for that protein- it’s faint compared to other brands. This chocolate will probably be my go-to flavor. I do want to try the other flavors too! Definitely kept me full.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Ensure Max protein nutrition shake, from Abbott Nutrition and Influenster for my review. This is a 4 pack, of 14 fluid oz. The flavor is chocolate, tastes amazing. It’s sweet but not too sweet, like a richer chocolate milk. This is 220 calories, and 42 grams of complete protein, 23 vitamins and minerals, and only 2grams of sugar. This shake is formulated to support muscle health in active adults.

I need to have more protein in my diet and since I’m on a weight loss journey I’ve been struggling to get my protein in and this makes it so much easier. It’s tastes good to which is a plus it doesn’t have a chalky taste like some proteins have. Also love how these are great for on the go to. I can grab and head out the door.

Not real chocolaty tasting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the taste of this product. It was not chalky tasting like some products can be, and had a minimal aftertaste. There was no preparation involved other than refrigerating prior to consumption. I definitely would buy this product especially as it is a good product to help meet my protein goals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At this point, I consider myself a protein drink aficionado. I’ve tried so many in my quest to have more protein in my diet. This ensure Max protein has probably the highest grams in a shake available. More than the ones I’ve seen anyway, as meal replacements. The taste of the shake is very chocolatey and thick. It has a little bit of that protein flavor with a slight aftertaste from what I’m guessing is a artificial sweeteners. I feel like that’s to be expected the overall convenience of being able to drink something that is chocolatey and tasty if I am low on my protein intake for the day, makes it a very valuable nutritional supplement to have around.

I would buy these again if they wouild put them in paper packaging. To discard so much plastic is wasteful, and with toxic microplastics throughout our bodies I am not looking to add more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ensure used to be pretty good and a go to for protein. This one, however, doesn’t hit the mark. It was chalky and thick and the taste was barely there and tasted like it was less quality than others for a lot less expensive.
