Made it convenient when I needed something quick and filling. That said, with the nutrition being strong, the flavor wasn’t my favorite. It has that typical “nutrition shake” taste. Bit artificial and heavier than regular protein drinks.

With so much protein packed in to such a small bottle is forgivable though. I was left full and satisfied after drinking though. This has enough protein to help fuel your muscles after taxing workout or simply a meal supplement. Super easy to throw in your bag on the go. Its a good size bottle and it s convenient for when you are in a rush and forgot to eat, or for a meal replacement. It does give you an odd aftertaste but nothing we cant handle. This ensure Max protein has probably the highest grams in a shake available. More than the ones I’ve seen anyway, as meal replacements. The taste of the shake is very chocolatey and thick. It has a little bit of that protein flavor with a slight aftertaste from what I’m guessing is a artificial sweeteners. I feel like that’s to be expected the overall convenience of being able to drink something that is chocolatey and tasty if I am low on my protein intake for the day, makes it a very valuable nutritional supplement to have around.

I bought this as I have a surgery coming up and the Dr said to get extra protein a month before. This is delicious and I will definitely keep drinking it!
