These shakes to me don't have that chalky after taste. Each shake has 42g of protein to help build muscle tissue, 23 essential vitamins with only 2g of sugar.

It comes in a pack with four large bottles and gives me 23 vitamins and minerals with only 2g of sugar! I definitely plan to switch to Ensure going forward.

I’m a vegetarian, so on days that I don’t have enough natural protein, I like to supplement with a protein drink. I love that 1 bottle has 42g of protein! It is also slightly bigger than the the Premier Protein which has 30g (14oz vs 11oz) but they are at a comparable price. The Ensure Max also isn’t as thick-tasting, which I prefer. When protein drinks are too creamy and full of fake sweeteners, they are always too sweet for me. In comparison, the Ensure is thinner so it’s much easier to drink.

There was no preparation involved other than refrigerating prior to consumption. I definitely would buy this product especially as it is a good product to help meet my protein goals.

I love that this has 42g of protein and low sugar content, and best of all, it doesn't have that chalky or gritty taste that so many protein shakes have! It definitely tastes like chocolate milk, although there is a bit of an artificial flavor to it. It's not awful and won't stop me from drinking it, but it is noticeable. Overall, I recommend these shakes as a way to increase your protein intake as part of your meals.

Its a good size bottle and it s convenient for when you are in a rush and forgot to eat, or for a meal replacement. It does give you an odd aftertaste but nothing we cant handle.
