They are only 220 calories and the chocolate flavor was really good .I was really impressed with the taste and how full it kept me through out the day . This has more protein yet none of the chalky flavor, just a thick chocolate shake good enough I have to make sure not to just drink it all the time! No need to add in coffee like I usually do as it's better on it's own. Drink this for a quick protein fix to help with any meal. Will be getting more now!

I really like the texture, it doesn’t leave a chalky taste like others, also the thickness of the protein shake is a lot like a milk shake. I also like to put it in my iced coffee as a substitute for creamer. Tastes great.

It's easy to take with you when you're on the go, so you can get great nutrients anytime. It does have a vitamin smell to it, but it's not that bad. It is filling so you feel full after drinking. With 23 vitamins and minerals you can't go wrong with this. It's also a great value for the price. Highly recommend!

It does have a chocolatey taste but it also has that basic protein shakes taste and thickness that just isn't very appetizing. I do love how much protein is in this drink as most shakes have around 20-30 grams. Overall if you generally enjoy protein shakes, then this is definitely for you, but if you are looking for something a little different and more tasteful, this might not be the shake for you.
