This ensure Max protein has probably the highest grams in a shake available. More than the ones I’ve seen anyway, as meal replacements. The taste of the shake is very chocolatey and thick. It has a little bit of that protein flavor with a slight aftertaste from what I’m guessing is a artificial sweeteners. I feel like that’s to be expected the overall convenience of being able to drink something that is chocolatey and tasty if I am low on my protein intake for the day, makes it a very valuable nutritional supplement to have around.
