It has a very good and not too rich flavor. Second, I found that I liked them slightly chilled prior to drinking. I would just place it in the refrigerator prior to my meal. It was almost as if I was having dessert with my meal! Third, it smells just like dessert! I had no trouble drinking it with my meal. This was a great way to get in my protein for the day. I did drink mine with a meal, but it would be so easy to take these on the go!

They are only 220 calories and the chocolate flavor was really good .I was really impressed with the taste and how full it kept me through out the day . The drink is very filling and feels like a complete meal. The chocolate flavor is rich and thick.
