I feed strays because I want to and I need the most for the money out of my pocket. I purchase A TON OF THESE. Even with a high amount purchases there is no way I should be getting this much damaged product. And a very very very small percent of that is due to shipping from store to my house, so that ain't the reason. Not only has this product doubled in price in a few short years, but also for about three to four months before i knew the product was changing the previous version the boxes would arrive fully undamaged but somehow always had at least 5 to 10 and more cans crushed inside breaking the seal and destroying the low grade food product inside. This went on for months. Product changed and suddenly zero damaged product included. Contacted the manufacturer to get every excuse and zero help as expected, because the pre damaged packed cans had to be done there. That part really wasn't on Sam's, but this part is. Other than the boxes that were actively leaking that was seen from damaged product inside and shipped anyway. I guess there is a quota to be meet on shipping damages. Now i get my last shipment inside of a shipping box, which happens with about half of my orders. The shipping box is fine so i let it stay until needed. Today when i open it one box is completely destroyed on the one end while the middle where the two touch and the other end are fine. Plus a tight fit so they were not bouncing around the box to allow the damage to have happened. So with 15 destroyed cans on the end plus who knows how many more on the inside, the limited $8 savings on this purchase what dissolved with over $20 in lost product, single cans being @ one dollar plus each. Not like that damage could not have been seen before going into the shipment. Maybe the box was kicked for fun or something first. Getting that World Cup practice in on my order. All of this damage was done in the Sam's warehouse before it was shoved in the shipping box. But now I have to pay to ship it back or drive to a store to get my money back all because no one knew not to ship a destroyed box as premium product. This is not worth it. And Sam's is becoming less worth it honestly. Having to talk to your A! bot before getting an agent telling me the opposite of what the chatbot said again, no thank you.

Cats hate this flavor! Stop making it. It's ridiculous. Out of a 40 pack of cans, this is the only flavor that I might as well throw out. ats won't even eat it when I add beef broth to it. I can only imagine how disgusting it is, considering it's the only one they won't eat and they all smell absolutely foul.

Will no longer be purchasing from Sams. I've purchased this box of food for years prior to the recent switch of a new flavor. We were excited to try! 4 weeks later and 2 vet visits.... the new flavor "GLAZED INFUSED" made 4 of my 13 cats vomit, not just 1 box of food but multiples over the last few weeks. I keep finding odd things in the cans of food, like sticks and very hard chunks of wood. The sticks have weird barbs on them. Surely it wouldn't feel great puking it back up.

That brand ceased to exist so I switched her on to Purina. It took some trial and error to find flavors she liked and that agreed with her, but this was one of the first she settled on

I will say this though, every time I buy a 60 pack, I get a flyer in the box that says 500 bonus points for buying 60 cans, and I have NEVER received a single point. So don't fall for that scam.
