[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive this carpet cleaner through the Stellar Product Testing Panel because we have the prior model and use it frequently. I wondered if there would be much difference and wow, this one is way more powerful! Its suction power is very impressive. They have made good changes to the cleaner spraying functionality and huge improvements to the dirty canister emptying process. We have an elderly cat and two toddlers so we are often cleaning up carpet and upholstery. This machine is simple to use and extremely effective. It's a must have for any home with pets, kids, or carpet honestly! I'd recommend either model but the upgraded model is better and my husband strongly prefers this one for the ease of emptying the filthy water canister. The new design is very smart!

I have 2 cats and 1 dog, all with their own sensitive tummy issues. I'll spare the gory details, but they arent great for my carpet. I also have 3 messy kids. This cleaner made an easy task of allll of their stains on my carpets, new and old.
