[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item to test from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This could potentially be a great little cleaner. Pros: -I like how it's taller and narrower than its predecessors so I can easily store it in my coat closet and pull out for the smallest of messes -it comes with two heads for cleaning, one of which has silicone bristles which I think will stand the test of time better than a traditional bristle head -It has helpful marks on the clean tank for how much you should fill it for small spot and large spot areas -the suction seems very good -the set up instructions are clear and concise Now the cons: -I couldn't actually use this product. I filled the tank, followed the set up instructions to a T, and for the life of me could not get the solution to come out of the hose. To ensure it wasn't just me, I had my husband try to get it set up, and after a half hour of trying and troubleshooting, he confirmed that it wouldn't work for him either. I'm sure it's a disconnect between the gasket of the clean tank feeding through the machine/hose, but it's not something that can be easily remedied. This is probably an easy fix for the manufacturer. IF I had actually gotten the solution to feed through the hose, I have confidence this would have easily lifted surface and set in stains.

My husband and I were both incredibly impressed with this machine after we put it to the test on a horrendous ink spill from a puppy who chewed up a pen on our lovely white rug. The before pictures do not do it justice - there was ink all over the rug, and it was jet black and fully saturated into the rug. We thought there was no way we would be able to remove a stain so deep, so large, and so intense, but this machine proved us almost completely wrong! You can tell in the after photo that there is still a faint shadow of the stain, and it took a lot of elbow grease to get there, but from the very first run over the stain, the water was completely black and it was amazing how much ink it pulled out of the rug! It was kind of mesmerizing to watch! We used it to clean all kinds of things - smoothie spilled by a toddler, pet vomit (what a life!), and even just general dinginess from use on old rugs. Our rugs looked refreshed after using it - this machine could easily handle cleaning an entire large area rug as long as you have the time and patience for it. Setup was super easy, instructions were clear, and it packs up nice and compactly. My only complaint was that I wish there were more instructions on what each attachment would be best for. Overall, extremely impressed with this really great little machine! I was given this portable carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Minuscule brush attachment is less than 3" wide. This is pretty useless for real-world applications, especially when compared to the nearly 6" brush that came with my older Bissell model. Notice in the description it never mentions the size of these attachments, for good reason. The speciality hair removal brush is even smaller.

I was able to quickly clean up random stains throughout my house without much effort. I tried it out on new stains and old ones and it only took a few minutes to clean them all up. The machine is very lightweight and has a nice long cord to get where you need to. From box to set up was daddy because there are very few steps and the instructions with pictures is very clear. I do wish that the handle on the nozzle was a little more comfortable for when you need to apply deep pressure to suck up the dirty water. I think my favorite part about this machine is that it has a feature to clean out the tube and nozzle! That's a first for me and I feel a lot better about cleaning my house with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Little Green Max Pet is great for cleaning up after pets AND kids. So that's a double win at my house. It's easy to use and from the waste water tank I can see that it cleans. Unfortunately my dog and kids have done a number on my couch. The little green max pet did a great job at cleaning my sofa but there are still stains that I can't get out. After dumping out the brown waste water () I feel much better about sitting on clean furniture. The suction power of this model is better than the past model, the upholstery is nearly dry after cleaning. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy and straightforward it was to initially set up and use this machine. Less than 10 minutes out of the box and I was ready to put it to work. To the large fill line I was able to clean my sectional, 3 barstools and a few spots on my carpet. This machine is intuitive and simple to run, I do wish there was a more narrow attachment, some of the smaller areas on my barstools were tough with the included brush and I had to clean up water that over sprayed. The suction works great, you don't end up with a bunch of water left behind and it managed to clean off months old stains. Also appreciated the length of the cord as we have an open concept living room and I didn't have to unplug and move the machine repeatedly. Clean up is a breeze with the self cleaning feature and the dirty water tank opens completely so you're not stuck scrubbing debris out of cracks and crevices. Overall, I'd say this is a now essential in our home of 2 kids under 3 and 2 cats. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this portable carpet cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item to test from stellar Product testing panel. I Had a couch that needed to be deep cleaned had many stains on it. This machine was able to remove the stains from the couch and sucked up all of the water that was sprayed on the couch, leaving it damp and almost dry when done cleaning. The portability of it is great. I would 1000% recommend getting this if you need to clean anything with upholstery or carpeting.

It was perfect timing, because our dog had an upset stomach, and was really making us work hard cleaning up his messes. This cleaner was absolutely perfect to clean up the messes without having to touch everything, or get annoyed with smells. It also did a great job completely cleaning each mess, without the need to go back, and scrub more. Even better it worked on a low pile rug, a very fluffy rug, and a rug with deep valleys. Although it wasn't the intended use, I also found it to be great on our wood floors Finally, I am very appreciative of the small size - see the photo with its conveniently wrapped cord, and tube. Every pet owner has enough space for this little green helpers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Little Green Max Pet from Stellar Reviews to try out. I was so excited to see how compact it was. I have used other carpet/floor cleaners in the past and this one is my favorite. It is lightweight, compact, and has a conveniently placed handle for carrying. The power cord is a plus- it helps make the cleaner super powerful (as opposed to a battery powered cleaner) and the cord is long enough where I could do most of my living room without having to keep unplugging it. I first tried the Little Green Max Pet on my couch cushions. I have cleaned them with other chemicals/cleaners multiple times and nothing has worked as well as this. I gave it two sweeps just to be sure, but it cleaned up a years old cat vomit stain and a dog urine stain. I also used this machine on the carpet throughout my home, the seats and carpets of my car, and a rug. I was happy with the results. Make sure you use a regular vacuum first and then let the solution set for a bit before vacuuming with the Little Green (as directed). The machine is easy enough to fill and clean out, but it is a little time consuming to do it correctly. Leave the parts out to dry completely before reassembling! What kept it from five stars for me was the leak that occurred when switching the hose from "vacuum" mode to "self-clean" mode, and the slight difficulty to do so. I pinched my hand in it several times! I also wasn't sure how to clean out the hose properly without completely disassembling it. Overall, I think with some product tweaking, the Little Green Max Pet could be the perfect addition to any pet owner's home for stain removal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Little Green Max Pet through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I'm so glad I was chosen! We have two pugs, and two young kids so the messes in our home are plentiful. We tested this on dog pee and carpet when our senior dog refused to go outside with the snow and it worked great. The smell was eliminated and the stain came right out. Our other male dog didn't even think twice about it and didn't mark his territory. We tested is on our couch and chair with spilled food and drinks from our 5 year old who is convinced he's old enough to eat in the living room, he's not. Our chair was a lighter color and it definitely took more effort to get the stains out of it. Not all stains were new though and it did a good job making those less noticeable. I do wish the cleaning head cleaner was a bit bigger or that there were other attachments to make cleaning the couch cushions a faster process. The hose attachment was better than others we've had in the past and I don't foresee it breaking at the host part like others we've had in the past. The design and storage was easier too. It's more compact so it seems to take up less space because everything wraps nicely around it.
