It's easy to use and from the waste water tank I can see that it cleans. Unfortunately my dog and kids have done a number on my couch. The little green max pet did a great job at cleaning my sofa but there are still stains that I can't get out. After dumping out the brown waste water () I feel much better about sitting on clean furniture. The suction power of this model is better than the past model, the upholstery is nearly dry after cleaning. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

I don't think the machine is very versatile... the handle, maybe with the water and scrubber. But beyond that, no. I used the machine on my couch, rugs, carpet etc. cleaned nicely on everything! This machine was incredibly easy to set up and the instructions were clear and easy to navigate! My favorite feature would be the scrubber on the nozzle! Works so well! Pros: -I like how it's taller and narrower than its predecessors so I can easily store it in my coat closet and pull out for the smallest of messes -it comes with two heads for cleaning, one of which has silicone bristles which I think will stand the test of time better than a traditional bristle head -It has helpful marks on the clean tank for how much you should fill it for small spot and large spot areas -the suction seems very good -the set up instructions are clear and concise Now the cons: -I couldn't actually use this product. I filled the tank, followed the set up instructions to a T, and for the life of me could not get the solution to come out of the hose. To ensure it wasn't just me, I had my husband try to get it set up, and after a half hour of trying and troubleshooting, he confirmed that it wouldn't work for him either. I'm sure it's a disconnect between the gasket of the clean tank feeding through the machine/hose, but it's not something that can be easily remedied. This is probably an easy fix for the manufacturer. IF I had actually gotten the solution to feed through the hose, I have confidence this would have easily lifted surface and set in stains.

Between two dogs, a 8 month old baby boyand a accident prone husband, this extremely lightweight carpet cleaner has been extra useful! Messes happen in our busy house almost every day but you wouldn't be able to tell now that this "so quiet it won't wake my baby up" machine gets rid of all the evidence of any of the many disasters that occur. Weather it be from our dogs having an accident to our baby spitting up, this portable carpet cleaner does it all! Definitely would recommend to all in the market! Especially since it's so easy to clean out afterwards.

I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The little green machine did a great job cleaning the fabric in my dirty dining chairs. Unfortunately I didn't have luck with removing the an old stain but overall the chairs were much cleaner. The angle of the nozzle makes the spray go a little too wide for smaller spots like a dining chair vs a rug. It would be really nice to be able to adjust the pressure of the cleaning solution. Overall this machine was super easy to use, the instructions were easy to follow as well. It's super portable which is perfect for cleaning childrens' car seats too! I was very impressed by how much liquid the machine pulls out, makes drying time very short. The self cleaning head was a nice added feature. It helps to make clean up and storage a breeze! This is a compact yet powerful machine that is a must have for any parent/pet owners!

My initial thoughts while unboxing the unit is that it looks very sleek, it's light, and compact. Other portable carpet cleaners I have used in the past are much bigger and more bulky. I tested this product on car upholstery, couch, and carpet. The cleaner is easy to set up and came with a small bottle of carpet cleaner. It is quite loud, but it got the job done! It is very powerful and removed any visible stains. The only thing I didn't like is that when you stray the solution it sprays more to the right and left of the head of the carpet cleaner instead of in front. This made it difficult to clean small areas/ small stains. I would absolutely recommend this product. It's size and appearance alone make it a great portable carpet cleaner. Very easy to store!

The first use....the green bristle brush block clip broke off. Disappointed. I can still use it with rubble bristles and will look to replace the brush part. But brand new...I should have to do that!

Our dog is still being house trained so when he has an accident or tracks in mud I love how fast and easy clean up is with this little green guy. With just a couple of passes I'm done. The little green max is super lightweight, compact, and works amazingly. What I liked most about this product is the suction power on it. After each clean weather it's on the couch or on the carpet, it doesn't leave hardly any witness behind, so the drying time is super fast. Cleaning the machine is fast, and simple too. I feel like every pet owner should have one.

I have two cats and two young kids so I was the perfect tester. I used the carpet cleaner on my wool blend rug in our bedroom, where our cats spend much of their time, and on our living room couch. With two messy kids, we had stains all over the couch- from food spills to markers, but it's too soon to spend thousands on a new couch when kids are still young- we're not out of the danger zone! Cleaning the rug, I filled the dirty water compartment with dark water several times, and the rug was soft and brighter when I finished. I was shocked to see how much dirt and cat hair was left behind from vacuuming alone. Cleaning the couch was also worthwhile. It didn't remove all the stains, but overall it looked much less spotted, and I don't feel like I need a couch cover any more. I loved the convenience of the small cleaner, however my biggest complaint was actually in the size and stability of the cleaner. I used up the water and filled the dirty water bin pretty quickly. Also, because it was small and light, the extension attachment didn't quite reach the length of the couch, and as I was cleaning, I flipped the whole cleaner... twice! The dirty water spilled all over the floor. The spills were pretty frustrating, but I was happy I pushed through when it was all done, because it cleaned both surfaces very well.
