While I haven't had a chance to use this yet, I feel confident that it will meet my needs. I own a Bissell vacuum (can't remember when I purchased it) but have been extremely happy with it. With 2 dogs and sometimes the grand dogs, it more than performs on picking up pet hair. As an advocate for pets having a good home, this product meets the need and makes life much simpler.

I recently adopted an adult Great Dane and underestimated the amount of slob. This is been perfect for all the upholstery and rug touch ups! Easy to use and store.

This works SO well for smaller areas. I used it for an area that my shampoo cleaner couldn’t reach closer to the wall to clean up cat urine and it worked so well. It kind of leaks water around the tube part and I have to dry that part of it after using but still worked very well while using and wasn’t leaking while in use.

This is an amazing little machine! It is small and lightweight enough to be easily portable all over the house, even when the canister(s) are loaded with liquid (cleaning solution or waste water), yet powerful enough to deal with nasty messes. I got this because I have a new puppy who was having problems with training; lots of indoor urine messes on the carpet. I had used other enzymatic products, which prevented stains, but I couldn’t abide the scent, and could still catch a whiff of the original urine. I first used this Little Green Max to re-treat the old spots and it completely removed the odors of both the old urine and the overlaid chemicals: after a few days, you couldn’t tell anything had happened, even if you put your nose right down on the carpeting. Puppy has been successfully house trained, but now we are dealing with inappropriate chewing, and times where he eats objects that don’t agree with his digestion. I’ve had three early-morning instances of vomiting (one stick, and two hunks of plastic) and because this machine is so quick and easy to set up and use, dealing with the liquified portion of the vomit is a breeze. The vacuum is extremely powerful, better than my household vacuum, and it is so easy to not only set up and use, but cleaning the machine itself is simple. The best part may be the fact that you can use the “self clean” to rinse out the tubing and nozzle. No lingering smells in the machine itself! I love this product and consider it an essential tool in my cleaning arsenal.

I absolutely love this machine. It is the perfect size for me to use all over my house. The suction is very powerful and removes messes.

Great machine for getting those hard stains out from carpet to your couch. My roommate spilled coke zero on our couch and I wasn’t stressed because I knew I had the perfect machine to get it out.

recently purchased to clean my sofa upholstery . did a good job. some stain outlines remain after 1 cleaning. i let it thoroughly dry and will clean the entire surface again. very handy for unexpected spills. also easy to empy the "dirty" water i would recommend

Most of the machine is fine, but the little plastic piece that’s supposed to secure the cleaning head to the hose is too far recessed to do its one job. So using the cleaner means I need a death grip on the cleaning head or else it gets pulled off the hose as I move the cleaning head back. Disappointing that probably the cheapest part on the machine adds a level of difficulty to its use.

Just today I finally take it out of the box. Read the manual and first I filled it with water to the proper level and it started leaking right off the bat. Both ends. This is unacceptable. This unit will be going back 100%
