I miss the Gruyère from Gruyère Switzerland you use to sell, but this is OK. Hopefully the real stuff wil be available again someday.

The cheese tasted very good. It was very creamy and flavorful. It goes well on the baked sourdough bread.

How this beloved cheese has been made for hundreds of years! Aged. Not ultra pasteurized altering all the healthy proteins and enzymes. Natural rennet and not Pfizer's bioengineered version. We bought two pounds on our latest visit. It will be a staple in our cart on every visit. We use this in everything from our breakfast omelettes, to lunch sandwiches and grilled cheese. Gruyere is very creamy and melty so it gets added to wraps, casseroles, snacks with fruit and nuts (try macadamia with pears and white grapes), salads, even just melted on chips or crackers. PLEASE CONTINUE TO CARRY!!! We will buy this real food that has nourished and delighted generations around the globe for hundreds of years. Truly the GOAT!!
