The Alpenhaus Gruyere cheese was very good. It has a mild Smokey flavor and not overpowering. It was my first time to try this brand. Will buy again.

This cheese is good. It's not my most favorite cheese but I like it. I like that it's French cheese. I also like the texture of the cheese.
