This cheese has a rich, nutty flavor, and a medium texture that can be sliced or grated. I made some savory scones with it, which were delicious! I also enjoyed it sliced on crackers.

I really like the flavoring of this Gruyere cheese. It went well using it for my mac & cheese casserole. Gruyere cheese is a must when you're making homemade macaroni and cheese. The flavor is mild but tasty.
