This cheese is wonderful. Nice hard, good cheese. Great flavor. I made macaroni and cheese with it and it turned out amazing. Also made a nice cheese and cracker plate with it. My guests loved it

I dont try very many fancy cheeses but this one was good! a bit funky, holds it's shape but would melt easily in a dish. I'll have to try cooking with it in more stuff but it would be good in a quiche. Reasonable price and size.

The Alpenhaus Gruyere cheese was very good. It has a mild Smokey flavor and not overpowering. It was my first time to try this brand. Will buy again.
