This is a premium delectable cheese. It's perfect for putting in dishes or simply eating by itself. It is quite expensive but it is well worth it. It is very creamy and melts in your mouth.

I was curious to try this cheese as the description held some promise and I usually like Gruyere, but this was not good. It had no taste and was dry. I should have returned it but I decided to just let that go. It was sup-bar.

tried this gruyere cheese straight sliced with some nuts and meats to make a board. it has a mild flavor, not very salty at all. initial taste is kind of bland but after taste balances it out. it is on the dry side of eating alone
