We use this in everything from our breakfast omelettes, to lunch sandwiches and grilled cheese. Gruyere is very creamy and melty so it gets added to wraps, casseroles, snacks with fruit and nuts (try macadamia with pears and white grapes), salads, even just melted on chips or crackers.
