The pillow is flat and doesn't keep the firmness well. You sink into the pillow and then it feels like you're laying without a pillow just on the mattress. Thinner than I would have expected for a pillow of this price range.

The first couple nights were amazing. However, the pillows get lumpy and go flat. I fluff them every night before bed, but they flatten throughout the night.

It is difficult to get the pillow to stay where you want it to. It depresses when I lay my head on it and does not provide support. When I put my head on it, all the support goes off in another direction. I wind up having to double up the thickness to get the proper support. I would not buy this pillow again.

I’ve been using Tempur-Pedic pillows for about five years and I can’t switch to anything else. I recently purchased two more, including the TEMPUR-Cloud pillow, and they are incredibly comfortable. I like less foam in a pillow so this works great, Intook a little out every night , slept on it then took more out every night until it was exactly where it worked for me. I then put the remaining shredded foam in a zippered pillow protector and made another pillow to my comfort level. So I ended up with two comfortable pillows for the price of one!

My pillow is a lot flatter than my husband’s. I was told that these pillows are not filled by volume but by weight. Old mattresses are used and they can’t guarantee they will be the same. Not helpful. My pillow is still too flat. I do not recommend this product. Their older solid pillows are better.

I’ve always had soft, squishy pillows. But as a side sleeper I was having a lot of neck and shoulder pain because I wasn’t getting good support. This pillow gives me great support for my neck and has helped to alleviate my neck and shoulder pain. I will admit it took a bit of getting used to but I wouldn’t go back to a regular pillow now. And, I can confidently say that neither would my husband. He loves the pillow too.

For a queen sized pillow, I found it undersized and in need of more fill. If the idea of the "adjustable" pillow is to add/subtract fill, I can't imagine how uncomfortable it would be if fill was taken out. It would be entirely too flat. Very disappointed with my purchase.

I got this pillow back in November because I was intrigued by the adjustability factor and the fact that I am a side sleeper and the temper-cloud pillow I had before was not described to be supportive for that position of sleep. When I first laid my head on the pillow it felt like a dream, I felt like my head was supported all around, but then as I didn’t move that well rounded support began to feel like a hole. I flipped the pillow over thinking it might help, but that side flattened faster than first side. Due to a defect in the first pillow I ordered I was given a second and so I took some stuffing from the defected pillow and added it to the good one, but even that did not change the experience. The good thing is that the cooling technology was top notch. If you like to cuddle pillows or require little support than this pillow is for you.
