I wanted to love this but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not really adjustable. Think about pulling loose fill out of a pillow, zipping it back up and hoping you get the support you need. The pillow becomes shapeless and lumpy and no support. Then what? Store zip locked bags of loose fill? Yup. Their other products are much better designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A quality product just not to my complete liking. Height is good, cooler than most pillows but adjustability is a great idea that didn't quite work for me. It's to firm for me and if I take out filling to try and soften the pillow it's to low or thin. It's probably a great pillow for someone interested in a pillow on the firmer side.
