[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My quality of sleep has improved, some days I sleep a bit too much. The cooling material is very nice and my head doesn't sweat as much during the night. I'd recommend getting a pair of Tempur-Clouds, they are very comfortable pillows.

It took a couple days to soften it up but now I can shape it to fit any position that I sleep in. I am a flipper so all night I need a different shape for all the different positions. With other pillows I usually wake up with a neck ache at least twice a week or just have a sleepless night, since I have used this pillow I have not had one neck ache or morning headache.

Customer service was superb as they got back to me immediately on my request and sent out additional filling so that we could customize our pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness.... If you spend too many hours with your head down looking at a phone or at a computer screen, this is the pillow for you. You will feel like your neck is fully supported and your head can actually lay back, relieving all the tension in your neck. It's adjustable to your comfort, and it lasts through the night. Totally worth the investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow to replace an older Tempur-Pedic pillow that had become flat with age. That pillow was made of a single foam slab, so I was worried that the filling style of this new one would make the it feel lumpy. Thankfully, it doesn't. The only issue I have with it is that it needs to be fluffed up relatively frequently due to its loose filling style. If I forget to fluff it, it's noticeably less comfortable to sleep on than normal because it develops a flat spot in the center. I was able to purchase two of these during a BOGO promotion, so I have an entire extra pillow's worth of filling to pull from if I want to adjust this one. I think these pillows should come with more stuffing inside of them or with a bag of additional stuffing to add to them - the fact that they can develop a noticeable flat spot if you don't fluff them means that the case is too big or the stuffing is too meager. I do like this pillow and find it very comfortable after adjusting it, however.

Height is good, cooler than most pillows but adjustability is a great idea that didn't quite work for me. It's to firm for me and if I take out filling to try and soften the pillow it's to low or thin. It's probably a great pillow for someone interested in a pillow on the firmer side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It may be a great product, it just didn't fully work for me. It did cut the neck pain about 40% , but I still need a better pillow. I can't have 60% pain. I tried different fill levels and didn't work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really thought i would love it and gave it a shot to break in but it is just too lumpy for me. I like to move my pillows around throughout the night in different positions so it always feels really uncomfortable. Good for someone who sleeps in the exact same position every night i guess. These pillows unfortunately just sit on the floor now for my kids to sit on to watch tv..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First pillow had the zipper rip when trying to change up the fill. Replaced for free, which was good. Second pillow, I decided to add fill from first one to it. Some of the foam is hard. It has hard plastic on one edge. It's almost like it's scrap foam that's used in the pillows, not the real Tempur bed foam. Pillow absolutely needs more stuffing, as it flattens out quickly. I replaced this after a week. The foam pieces having plastic (almost like a burnt edge) is the most concerning part.
