We were purchasing our Tempurpedic Adapt mattress and read about the cloud pillow. What enticed us is that it is adjustable. My husband prefers a loftier, firm pillow. I prefer a softer, moldable one. This pillow is perfect for each of us. It is soft, form fitting, yet firm. You can take out some of the fluff (I did) to make it flatter. Yet it is still supportive and moldable. Not to big, not too firm; Goldilocks. The perfect pillow is finally at hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My quality of sleep has improved, some days I sleep a bit too much. The cooling material is very nice and my head doesn't sweat as much during the night. I'd recommend getting a pair of Tempur-Clouds, they are very comfortable pillows.

It took a couple days to soften it up but now I can shape it to fit any position that I sleep in. I am a flipper so all night I need a different shape for all the different positions. With other pillows I usually wake up with a neck ache at least twice a week or just have a sleepless night, since I have used this pillow I have not had one neck ache or morning headache.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely perfect blend of comfort, support, and temperature control! You don't need to smoosh this pillow into the right shape. You don't need to flip it to get to the cool side. Just like your mattresses, regardless of your sleep position, lay down, relax, and feel the pillow conform to the shape/weight of your head. It's a really great feeling as your head is being supported and yet due to the tempur material, comfortable and cool. This is the best pillow currently available!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow to replace an older Tempur-Pedic pillow that had become flat with age. That pillow was made of a single foam slab, so I was worried that the filling style of this new one would make the it feel lumpy. Thankfully, it doesn't. The only issue I have with it is that it needs to be fluffed up relatively frequently due to its loose filling style. If I forget to fluff it, it's noticeably less comfortable to sleep on than normal because it develops a flat spot in the center. I was able to purchase two of these during a BOGO promotion, so I have an entire extra pillow's worth of filling to pull from if I want to adjust this one. I think these pillows should come with more stuffing inside of them or with a bag of additional stuffing to add to them - the fact that they can develop a noticeable flat spot if you don't fluff them means that the case is too big or the stuffing is too meager. I do like this pillow and find it very comfortable after adjusting it, however.

Height is good, cooler than most pillows but adjustability is a great idea that didn't quite work for me. It's to firm for me and if I take out filling to try and soften the pillow it's to low or thin. It's probably a great pillow for someone interested in a pillow on the firmer side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First pillow had the zipper rip when trying to change up the fill. Replaced for free, which was good. Second pillow, I decided to add fill from first one to it. Some of the foam is hard. It has hard plastic on one edge. It's almost like it's scrap foam that's used in the pillows, not the real Tempur bed foam. Pillow absolutely needs more stuffing, as it flattens out quickly. I replaced this after a week. The foam pieces having plastic (almost like a burnt edge) is the most concerning part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is a bit flat for me when I lay on my side. That's OK. I bought one not really sized for me. However, the disappointing part is that after less than 3 months the pillow is breaking down in the middle where I rest my head. The firmness is just gone already. There is now a pocket my head settles into and that makes the size issue worse as my head sinks lower.
