Comfortable pillow. I've consistently slept well since I got it which is such a nice change for me. I love that you can squish the pillow into any position you need. Be careful removing the inner tag, I ripped mine off which ripped the seam and had to hand stitch it.

I already bought four of these pillows. I absolutely love them. Each time I have guests they always say how much they love the pillows and always want to buy the same ones. They are extremely comfortable, you can adjust them however you want and the cooling technology - don't even get me started on that! Would definitely buy again!

I purchased this product because of the 2 for 1 offer. The TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow is an adjustment after using a contour pillow for several years. I wasn't aware it was necessary to fluff the pillow nightly to get a good sleep, so that was a learning curve. The pillow is okay.

Fully filled was too much for a stomach sleeping position. Adjusted the fill level until it was right, but it is much too firm. The fill still does not cushion and contour to my head. One would expect softer foam to feel like a cloud. I will be looking for something else.

I purchased two of the Cloud Adjustable pillows to pair with my Tempurpedic mattress and I loved them for the first year. They were both comfortable and supportive. But after that, they started to look wonky in shape and were not refilling. This was causing neck pain. I filed a warranty claim before the two year mark and it was denied. Tempurpedic warranties their pillows for 5 years yet wouldn't accept my claim.

Disappointed to learn that they either changed the foam filling or simply changed the product altogether. We received our two pillows and they are hard, don't compress as easily as the previous product under the same name and appear to have different foam pieces inside than previous product. Super disappointing.

We were disappointed in our pillows. I guess I assumed they’d be like our old memory foam pillows, but these are not close to as sturdy and squishy. I think some of the fault is mine for not reading the description carefully. I wouldn’t have bought them if I knew what they were like.

I received the pillows and upon opening the box found the pillows to be very soft with very little support. Be very careful when ordering these pillows as Tempur does not accept returns.
