[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not really adjustable. Think about pulling loose fill out of a pillow, zipping it back up and hoping you get the support you need. The pillow becomes shapeless and lumpy and no support. Then what? Store zip locked bags of loose fill? Yup. Their other products are much better designed.

You will feel like your neck is fully supported and your head can actually lay back, relieving all the tension in your neck. It's adjustable to your comfort, and it lasts through the night. Totally worth the investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This exceeded my expectations. I prefer a former pillow. This is not soft neither is it hard. I like that I can remove stuffing. It was thicker than what the pictures looked like. I have neck problems and has helped out about %50 of my pain.

Customer service was superb as they got back to me immediately on my request and sent out additional filling so that we could customize our pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It may be a great product, it just didn't fully work for me. It did cut the neck pain about 40% , but I still need a better pillow. I can't have 60% pain. I tried different fill levels and didn't work.

After a few years of some off brand, big box purchased pillows, my girlfriend and I upgraded to Tempurpedic pillows and were genuinely shocked at what a difference it made. From the first night on, we have slept better. I often have been someone who tosses and turns at night, and maybe that isn't entirely gone but it is now much less. Plainly put, I'm sleeping through the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered two of these pillows and one of them was amazing, but the quality of the second one is definitely inconsistent. The filling in the second one is loose and shifts while I am sleeping leaving my head resting on almost no pillow with the majority of the pillow squashed up against the headboard. The first one is amazing and properly supports my head without any changes during the night. I love the quality of the first pillow, and was happy to pay the significant price for the quality I expected, but the second pillow was definitely not worth the money.

It's adjustable due to the way it's filled and after a short adjustment period transitioning from my old pillow it has become my favorite. I haven't removed any stuffing yet, but may just to see the difference. I love the cooking pillow cover. It will feel so good when we hit high temperatures during the Texas summer.

Took me a few try's to get the quantity of stuffing to an amount comfortable for me, and was well worth the effort. Also, my wife has one of the non-cooling pillows and I can tell a difference between her's and mine. Only con is that you have to fluff the pillow each night before you use it, otherwise it gets clumpy and uncomfortable after each use.
