[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two new cloud queen pillows and was thinking they would be just like the one I purchased five years ago, sadly, they are not, I have no had a very good sleep with the new cloud pillow, not sure what they have changed from five years ago, but I can not see this pillow lasting as long as my last purchase.

Maybe I'm just over here tossing and turning too much and rolling around like a rotisserie chicken, but these pillows are SLICK! They keep coming out of the pillow cases?????? And flying off the bed??????? I can't. On the times I actually was able to hold onto them and get some sleep I woke up with the worst neck pain. I gave them a chance for 2 weeks and they are just not it, and also not returnable - so that's good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed new pillows and saw an advertisement for a buy 1 - get 1 free. I purchased these pillows due to affordability and the adjustability. When I received the pillows, they did not have any extra crushed memory foam for adjusting them. I contacted TEMPUR-pedic to inquire about the extra crushed memory foam to adjust the pillows and was told the adjustments are only for removing the memory foam already in them, not being able to add more foam to make the firmer.

It met and exceeded my expectations out of a pillow--now I have an adjustable foam pillow. What a world we live in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This specific pillow is more of a medium cushion and it is perfect! Not to firm but not to soft that you slide right off the pillow. It's like laying your head on a cloud. After months of struggling to fall asleep, these pillows relax me immediately and I fall right to sleep!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first week it was comfortable but the longer I use the pillow the harder it becomes at night. I have fluffed it before going to bed every night and it still becomes hard and gives me a neck ache.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow is truly the perfect pillow for me. I took some of the filling out of the inner zippered pillowcase because it was a little too full for me. Tempur-Pedic has already anticipated this by now providing an inner zippered case to easily adjust the filling if you need to make your new "personalized" level of fill. If you have an unused zippered pillow protector case you can take the extra fill and make a second pillow. I use the second pillow between my knees to help with hip pain. I am mostly a side sleeper. The main pillow is wonderful to fluff up under my neck and support my head perfectly. I like it so much that I bought one for my husband, and a 3rd one for my best friend when she comes to visit.

Was in the hopes of finding the right pillow to avoid waking up with the knots in my neck and shoulders from my current pillows. Unfortunately this pillow did help resolve this issue. Pillows are little too bulky and don't compress down when resting head on it which causes more tension to form in my neck and shoulders.
