[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dislike the adjustable pillow and stopped using it. It doesn't compare to the other pempurpedic pillows I own for many years or my comfortable mattress. This product doesn't live up to the brand I am used to

I had to throw my pillows away cause my cat had an accident on them she is old.... They were bought in 2013 so I thought well I will just use another pillow til I am ready.... Wow do I miss my TEMPER pillow.... What a difference I wake up with a headache and neck ache everyday!!! I can not sleep... I did not even realize my pillow made a difference...

Unfortunately, we could not return them, I didn't even want to put them in the guest room. Since they are so uncomfortable we are using them as decorative pillows. We love our mattress topper but would not recommend the pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always loved the Tempurpedic brand. I love this pillow.. I sleep on my back or on my side and the transition back and forth was making my neck and shoulders hurt a lot. Since I started using my new pillow I haven't had these issues anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been trying to find the right amount of stuffing to take out/keep in for the best neck support. Still haven't figured it out yet. Even with all the "tricks" for getting rid of the smell (rolling the pillow and airing outside) the smell of the foam has lingered for weeks. We have mostly used these for sitting up in bed until we can figure out the right thickness for neck support.

Poor quality being scrap shredded foam, NOT a solid core as what they used to be and what I ordered. Tried to return being still boxed and bagged and sterile but Tempurpedic refused to refund me. So read the super fine and intentionally hidden fine print before you order.

Disappointed. I thought we were gonna sleep great but it has not happened. Still on the search for the perfect pillow. Kinda disappointed with how expensive they were and did not deliver. My husband who is a firefighter and needs good rest was so excited and was disappointed more than me. Does not stay cool and does not form to your sleep needs.

However, even after upgrading to the cooling pillow it is still very warm. When I reached out to the customer service team, they simply pointed to their policy and were not helpful. I would not recommend this pillow if you are ever warm, and I don't think I will be purchasing from this company again due to the lack of customer service.

I am so glad that I now experience this comfort every day! This pillow is great to sleep on and well worth the cost. If I had it in a King Size, it would be even better. Thank You TEMPUR-Cloud for making a product that has improved my sleep and stiff neck pain has gone away! Love it and Highly recommend!!

I have been hesitant to buy another pillow because I did not think any pillow would compare to my old one. This pillow with the adjustable stuffing far surpasses my old pillow. I am exponentially pleased with this pillow and sleeping great!!!
