[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are plenty of adjustable pillows on the market, and I have tried others before. Layla, for example, makes the same type of pillow but half the price, and double the size. The more pricey Tempur-Pedic pillow has similar but more noticeable flaws. For starters, the Tempur_Cloud is suppose to use the patented temper material, but both pillows inner bits feels identical. The profit margin must be absolutely insane because all it is filled with is messy chopped up scrap foam. There is nothing different in feel between any of these brands. The pillow is lumpy(as lumpy as a MyPillow), and sleeps rather hot. (even the "cooling" version of the pillow sleeps hot!). I wish the foam was either a different higher quality so it wouldnt feel as lumpy, OR I wish they would just bring back the pillow that had the down feathers act as a soft cooling barrier between your foam support and your head. Also for the price, the packaging was really underwhelming. Comparing it again to the other brands, or even other pillows in the Tempur-Pedic line, this thing just came in a brown box like it came from a second hand store. At least let me feel like Im spending the amount of money I am! The one positive, is I like the concept of being able to add or take away girth to your pillow. Not everyone likes the same height, and not every height is the same when considering the material. I can tailor this to my own liking, which is is quick(albeit super messy - there will be foam everywhere, even when careful) and its fun to ask guests if they would like a different height as well. All in all, please bring back the Tempur Down feather pillow! Its essentially this pillow but softer and cooler!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had trouble getting good restful sleep without awaking multiple times readjusting or rolling around to find a new position to sleep in, then I decided to look into a new pillow as a process of elimination towards improving my sleeping issues. This pillow has literally improved my sleep ten fold, I cannot stress enough how much a high quality pillow can result in better quality sleep and both of these tempura pedic pillows have delivered wonderfully, in hindsight I'd only buy one versus two because the one is actually enough support and comfort for me to sleep happily but with how much my sleep has improved I'm not upset I purchased an extra.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so looking forward to receiving your pillows. The price was right as it was buy one get one free. They were packaged so nicely, but they smelled horrible! I hung them out on the line for 3 or 4 days. One night it poured rain so hard that I had to let them hang out another 3 or 4 days for them to dry. They still smelled. I called your customer service and your representative said it would take at least 2 weeks. I threw them in the dryer and the smell finally went away. Then when I decided to use them, I had to remove so much fill inside the pillow so it would be comfortable. Probably 1/3 of the fill. The cooling cover on the pillow does not stay cool for very long either. My pillowcase from my sheets does not stay on very well on the pillow because of the cooling cover. I didn't expect this from these pillows as we love our tempurpedic queen mattress. Didn't have any of these issues with the mattress. It's the most comfortable mattress we ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had trouble finding THAT pillow for me. Well, this IS it. I did not toss and turn to adjust my pillow throughout the night. It is very comfortable for my neck. I'll be purchasing additional for our guest rooms.

These were not as expected and I wish I hasn't bought them. 1. They smell like chemicals. 2. Instead of a solid foam piece it's a bunch of small foam pieces. 3. I bought two and had to throw them away they smelled so bad. 4. I have a +10 year pillow from temperpedic but am still in shock how awful these were. Don't waste your money on these like I did.

This pillow feels cool and good to touch. At first, it was somewhat too firm but over a very short period of time,it flattened out and lost its firmness. this was disappointing to me because I just changed my pillow to this,thinking that it would be different from the other lower brands and regulat pillows but sadly,it's not that different.

I wake up feeling more refreshed and can fall asleep quicker than usual. The cooling case does stay pretty cool! Only thing that would make this pillow better is if it used more of the blue Tempur memory foam for that Tempur bed feeling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sleeping much better on my Tempur-Cloud Adjustable Pillow than I have in a long time. It took a little while (and a bit of a mess) to find the right amount of stuffing for the pillow, but now that I've gotten the sweet spot my head and neck are very comfy at night. Overall, great pillow!
