Decided to upgrade from my current pillow to this. Love the cooling effect and love the way it adjusts to my side sleeping nature. Been getting better sleep since the switch.

I tried one for a week and liked it though prefer the original side sleeper I've enjoyed for years. The quality of Tempur-pedic is unsurpassed and LOVE my mattress as well! Highly recommended!

I like being able to adjust how “plump” I want the pillow for watching TV or sleeping. It's a very comfortable pillow. I got tired of replacing pillows every few months because they went flat. So far, this pillow is as good as new!!!

I bought 2 Tempur-Cloud adjustable pillows with my new tempurpedic mattress. They are very full of filling and very easy to adjust as needed. I like sleeping on a very full pillow and holding the other pillow.

I wasn't happy with this pillow initially because the loft is super high. It was hard as a rock. But…I pulled about 25% of the filling from it and it's been a really soft pillow while still giving the loft needed for side sleeping.

For a queen sized pillow, I found it undersized and in need of more fill. If the idea of the "adjustable" pillow is to add/subtract fill, I can't imagine how uncomfortable it would be if fill was taken out. It would be entirely too flat. Very disappointed with my purchase.

I purchased this pillow because I was experiencing pain in my neck and shoulders when I would wake up in the morning. I.knew I needed more support in that area. That's when I thought I'd try your pillow. After the first night, I had no pain whatsoever. I still don't. I'm extremely happy with your product and would recommend it to everyone.

I bought this product for my partner, who was having some serious neck problems. He loves it. He removes material, and replaces material from the pillow on as needed basis. It really is such a wonderful product. He sleeps so much better, for which we are both grateful!

This pillow is basically a mesh bag full of cut up cubes of spongey material. I move a lot when I sleep, and so does all this filling. My neck and my trapezius are so tight in the morning, it feels like I must be trying not to move in my sleep so the pillow stuffing doesn't move. It's a terrible "pillow" I would not recommend at all.

I like less foam in a pillow so this works great, Intook a little out every night , slept on it then took more out every night until it was exactly where it worked for me. I then put the remaining shredded foam in a zippered pillow protector and made another pillow to my comfort level. So I ended up with two comfortable pillows for the price of one!
