[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two new cloud queen pillows and was thinking they would be just like the one I purchased five years ago, sadly, they are not, I have no had a very good sleep with the new cloud pillow, not sure what they have changed from five years ago, but I can not see this pillow lasting as long as my last purchase.

No more folding , stacking , flipping or just right out punching my pillows . To be able to fall asleep and not spend the first twenty minutes moving around my pillows has been a life changer. Game changer for real, I don't wake up with neck OR back pain anymore. I'm literally begging my parents to get them for their own house, mostly so I can use them when I visit them lol.

When placing the order the representative told me that one of the wonderful features of the pillow, was you could crunch the pillow for different comfort positions. Not true the fill material is so firm , it's not possible to make the pillow snugly. One good thing the pillow dose sleep cool. I could not recommend this product to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow arrived with a damaged zipper that would not close. Customer support was very helpful in resolving this. Overall I found this pillow too "tall" to sleep comfortably, my dog loves it though.

We bought them because we had read good reviews for them but we were very surprised when we received them and started using them. Do Not Buy, they are very bad. Plus the ones we received looked like someone bought them and returned them because they looked used !!!!! very disappointed and never buying this again.

I had an old tempurpedic pillow made specifically for neck and back support and it was pretty flat-ish. My husband needs the fluffiest, highest stack of pillows that he wrestles with all night. We got a new kind mattress and I wanted pillows that matched the size of our bed. We are huge tempurpedic fans but I really wanted to get a pillow that would suit us both. These are AMAZING. Somehow they work for both of us and are incredibly soft. I didn't think I'd like it at first because it seems so flat but it really improves our sleep. I would recommend paying the extra for the cooling because it feels wonderful. Would definitely recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Tempur-Cloud Adjustible pillow on a 2 for 1 deal, so my wife and I both sleep with them. I'm a side sleeper and have really enjoyed the Tempur-Cloud as it conforms well to my head and shoulders, no matter how many times I might shift around in the night. My wife also enjoys her pillow as a predominantly back sleeper. I did have to invest in King-sized pillow covers, as the Queen-sized ones would ride up a bit in the night.
