[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ended up taking more than half of the filling out to make the pillow flat enough for me. The outer quilted cover isn't that soft. I found that I have to keep flipping the pillow over to find a cool spot. So I'm not a big fan of this pillow. Even though this pillow isn't correct for me, I'd still recommend it because I know several people who love them.

The pillows are like sleeping on sandbags and then they breakdown over night and you wake up with your head on the mattress. Unfortunately the pillows are not returnables I am stuck with them. I would advise not purchasing pillows from Tempur Pedic unless you have tried them first at a store. BIG mistake buying online without trying first. It makes it sound like they are adjustable meaning you can add or remove filling so i called to buy more and they said nope sorry no returnable. If I could give 0 starst I would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had good experiences with Tempur-pedic in the past but I have always bought in store. I bought a pillow on-line and it was a not a good idea. The pillow is not a good fit for being a side sleeper and I really wish they took returns on pillows. I have one that has never been taken out of the box or used even once, but they don't allow returns on pillows. Very disappointed. Wish I would have tried the one that is not adjustable. I do not like the material that fills the pillow at all.

He likes to plump it up high, and I like a divot for my head to be aligned and give support to my shoulders and neck. Both can be accomplished with this pillow with the way you can move the interior pieces around. This is definitely a keeper.

Though this pillow is a bit on the bulky side, I believe it is the best because you can adjust it to your personal needs -what more can you ask for? Actually, my previous pillow was considerably comfortable and was adjustable as well, but it was it was made of regular foam. My Temur-Pedic pillow is made with the best and most comfortable materials in the market. And that makes it the best pillow in my book. Some people complain about having to adjust it, I don't mind doing that myself. Actually, I prefer it that way. I get to personalize the way I want my pillow with every situation and every position. How awesome is that? Did I mention my back pain is gone? I sleep like a baby, no medication needed. Thanks Tempur-Pedic.

I'm someone who usually has to double up on two regular non memory foam pillows, but these pillows are so soft and cozy that just one does the trick for me (this is huge). Overall just some really nice pillows. Worth the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I immediately liked the adjustability of these pillows. It takes a little effort to get the thickness just right. At first I removed too much of the stuffing, but could easily put some of it back in to get it just the right thickness. If you are picky about pillows, this is a sure bet.

I was nervous with the shredded pieces of pillow and how it would conform to my head while sleeping. What a surprise, you would never know it was shredded. It feels like a solid med-firm pillow and it holds it shape soooo well. Would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow seems to work pretty good. I would have given it 5 stars but it does need to be flipped in the middle of the night because where you sleep gets flat. Also gets a bit warm even with the pillow protector to cool on it.

After a week of purchasing BOGO, I contacted customer service to notify them that I was very disappointed with the quality of this pillow. I have preached how good tempure pedic products are to friends and family; however, this specific product was way below the quality expectations- I immediately stopped using it after a week of suffering from neck pain. I own a mattress and other products.
