This pillow is hard as a rock. It’s so uncomfortable. The adjustable part is so weird. You can take out the fluff or the squishy parts. I’m so unhappy. You can’t return the pillows so I’m stuck with it. I try to give it away and they don’t want it bc it’s so hard.

I’ve always had soft, squishy pillows. But as a side sleeper I was having a lot of neck and shoulder pain because I wasn’t getting good support. This pillow gives me great support for my neck and has helped to alleviate my neck and shoulder pain. I will admit it took a bit of getting used to but I wouldn’t go back to a regular pillow now. And, I can confidently say that neither would my husband. He loves the pillow too.

Lumpy pillow. You feel every little piece of cut up foam under your head and body. I thought these pillows were going to be the tempurpedic cloud foam like the beds. Not a stuffed cloth of cut up miss fits and left overs. Only way I've found to"deal" is I added a pillow protector and 3 pillow cases, last one being ssuper thick flannel. This will not work in Summer months, but for now it does. I say, once I fall asleep I sleep comfortably.

I purchased this pillow because I was experiencing pain in my neck and shoulders when I would wake up in the morning. I.knew I needed more support in that area. That's when I thought I'd try your pillow. After the first night, I had no pain whatsoever. I still don't. I'm extremely happy with your product and would recommend it to everyone.

While this pillow was recommended for side sleepers I would not recommend it. I was given two pillows when I bought my mattress that I can’t seem to replace. They were ultimately soft and perfect for a side sleepers. If you read in bed, it is a perfect pillow to put behind you and the headboard.

I've been using the TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow for a few weeks, and it has significantly improved my sleep quality. The adjustability lets me find the perfect height for my neck, and the memory foam provides excellent support without feeling too firm. I wake up feeling refreshed and without neck pain.

My pillow is a lot flatter than my husband's. I was told that these pillows are not filled by volume but by weight. Old mattresses are used and they can't guarantee they will be the same. Not helpful. My pillow is still too flat. I do not recommend this product. Their older solid pillows are better.

The removable fill allowed me to adjust the pillow's height and shape to one that works for me and I have been sleeping well on it. The pillow's only downsides are that the remaining fill is a bit lumpy and one side of the pillow case has "pilled" slightly after its first wash.

I've been using Tempur-Pedic pillows for about five years and I can't switch to anything else. I recently purchased two more, including the TEMPUR-Cloud pillow, and they are incredibly comfortable. My husband bought this and a mattress and box spring when he broke his back back in 2000. He has refused to replace the pillow but we did get a new mattress set last year. So when I found this online, I jumped on the chance especially since it was a great price. So glad to find the exact same item.
