I wake up feeling more refreshed and can fall asleep quicker than usual. The cooling case does stay pretty cool! Only thing that would make this pillow better is if it used more of the blue Tempur memory foam for that Tempur bed feeling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 15 years, my original TP pillow no longer returned to the original shape, it was worn out. Time for a new pillow! Purchased the TP-cloud Adjustable Pillow. Upon arriving, we adjusted the height of the pillow, so I have a head angle of about 10 degrees. About 23% of the filling was taken out. First night and I woke with less pain. In a week the pain was gone. My husband also reports I no longer snore or have sleep apnea issues, that used to cause me to wake do to coughing. This disputed my sleep overnight, and his as well. We both now sleep awaking fresh and ready for the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I delayed reviewing the product to give me time to figure out what works about the pillow. I bought a pair and it is a waste of money. After several weeks I finally removed them from the bed for good. I can't return them so they are stored until I finally give up and donate them to charity. They are hard as a rock and don't give me appropriate support...they don't give in any way. I tried sleeping on my side and back and all I noticed was they consistently gave me a stiff neck. I do not recommend them. They are not at all what I expected.

We had just replaced our 16 year old Tempur-pedic mattress of 16 years and received a BOGO on accessories, so I bought a pillow. I took a chance on their pillows, the coupon and 5 year warranty certainly helped with the decision. After 1 night I was sold on the their pillow and threw the old one out! It's been 1 month and still in love with my pillow, great comfort and quality. Easy to re-fluff each night and holds it shape through-out the night for my side sleeping.

Do not waste your money because it's not really cooling especially after you put a pillow case on it. It has a small bit of cooling without a case for about 2 min then it's warm. The pillow case takes away the 2 min of cooling. Super disappointed and won't be purchasing from them again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted so badly to love this pillow, but sadly after using it for 2 weeks and giving it every opportunity I had to stop using it. It's described as a soft pillow online but it is incredibly firm. I removed some stuffing to help but I would wake up every morning to all of the stuffing in the ends and none in the middle. I tried everything with this pillow and just couldn't make it work. I would have returned it if that was possible.

The pillow is getting better. At first it was too full/dense for my liking. I start the night sleeping with it and usually have to trade for a flatter one during the night. I do feel like it's breaking in so I think In the long run it might be a lot better. Im a side sleeper and it wasn't as comfortable for my neck and shoulder as other reviews had stated. It's growing on me. I have been using about 7 weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not really adjustable. Think about pulling loose fill out of a pillow, zipping it back up and hoping you get the support you need. The pillow becomes shapeless and lumpy and no support. Then what? Store zip locked bags of loose fill? Yup. Their other products are much better designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely perfect blend of comfort, support, and temperature control! You don't need to smoosh this pillow into the right shape. You don't need to flip it to get to the cool side. Just like your mattresses, regardless of your sleep position, lay down, relax, and feel the pillow conform to the shape/weight of your head. It's a really great feeling as your head is being supported and yet due to the tempur material, comfortable and cool. This is the best pillow currently available!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I had very high expectations for this pillow and it broke my heart. It was way too soft and I could never get comfortable. Sadly enough can't return or exchange this item so I'm stuck with two expensive pillows that serve no purpose.
