I bought 2, one is great, the other doesn't have enough stuffing. Reached out to tempur and they gave me a lame answer about the all have different fill types and it's done by weight. I would have accepted some additional fill at minimum and best would have been for them to stand behind their product like a reputable company would.

I bought a set of Queens one for me and one for my son. He is a side sleeper and this is the prefect pillow. I am forced to spend most of my night sleeping with my head raised to a 30 degree angle because of health restrictions. I spend 80% of the night HUGGING My Queen Tempur-Pedic. the last 20% i get to side sleep and use the pillow how it was meant to be. I know I would love to find a flatter pillow that is as wonderful as the the Queen.

There are no specific directions how to adjust, other than take leftover fillers to craft your own pillow? This pillow is so flimsy it's ridiculous. I can actually fold it like a bun What am I doing wrong? My neck and shoulders are sore- Should one be able to fold a pillow? fragments of extra filling is not cutting it Can't return it..

It is difficult to get the pillow to stay where you want it to. It depresses when I lay my head on it and does not provide support. When I put my head on it, all the support goes off in another direction. I wind up having to double up the thickness to get the proper support. I would not buy this pillow again.

This pillow is amazing. I have a difficult time finding the right pillow, either too soft or too firm. This pillow is amazing because you get to adjust the comfort of the pillow to fit your needs. I kept thee tea stuffing in case I needed to ever add to it. Will definitely buy again. Highly recommend

In today's world, online purchases with no refunds is unacceptable. This pillow includes little sponges that presses on my face. The website doesn't mention anything about no refund policy before or while buying. A well known brand like this shouldn't be tricking customers with these little games. DO NOT BUY IF YOU DIDN'T TRY IN THE STORE!

I wanted to replace my tempurpedic serenity pillows with something less stiff and thought this would be better since it was adjustable. Highly disappointed. They are lumpy, quickly flatten, and don't provide good neck support. I even paid extra for the cooling and can't tell a difference. I bought two pillows and both are hardly usable.

My husband bought this and a mattress and box spring when he broke his back back in 2000. He has refused to replace the pillow but we did get a new mattress set last year. So when I found this online, I jumped on the chance especially since it was a great price. So glad to find the exact same item.

The removable fill allowed me to adjust the pillow's height and shape to one that works for me and I have been sleeping well on it. The pillow's only downsides are that the remaining fill is a bit lumpy and one side of the pillow case has "pilled" slightly after its first wash.

Since I received my Tempur-cloud pillows, I've been sleeping well with much better neck support. I'm a side sleeper and turn from side to side while I'm resting, these pillows provide the perfect amount of resistance and comfort for me since they are fairly firm. This pillow works great and I highly recommend it, it's worth the cost!
