I used to have a cloud pillow years ago and it was one of the best pillows I owned. Quality went down over time, probably why they do the BOGO pillow and you're not allowed to return. Only had for a few months and barely slept on them and they provide no support and are currently flat. They are comfortable to start and then are useless after some use.

This pillow is amazing. I have a difficult time finding the right pillow, either too soft or too firm. This pillow is amazing because you get to adjust the comfort of the pillow to fit your needs. I kept thee tea stuffing in case I needed to ever add to it. Will definitely buy again. Highly recommend

There are no specific directions how to adjust, other than take leftover fillers to craft your own pillow? This pillow is so flimsy it's ridiculous. I can actually fold it like a bun What am I doing wrong? My neck and shoulders are sore- Should one be able to fold a pillow? fragments of extra filling is not cutting it Can't return it..

I got this pillow back in November because I was intrigued by the adjustability factor and the fact that I am a side sleeper and the temper-cloud pillow I had before was not described to be supportive for that position of sleep. When I first laid my head on the pillow it felt like a dream, I felt like my head was supported all around, but then as I didn't move that well rounded support began to feel like a hole. I flipped the pillow over thinking it might help, but that side flattened faster than first side. Due to a defect in the first pillow I ordered I was given a second and so I took some stuffing from the defected pillow and added it to the good one, but even that did not change the experience. The good thing is that the cooling technology was top notch. If you like to cuddle pillows or require little support than this pillow is for you.

I bought 2, one is great, the other doesn't have enough stuffing. Reached out to tempur and they gave me a lame answer about the all have different fill types and it's done by weight. I would have accepted some additional fill at minimum and best would have been for them to stand behind their product like a reputable company would.

I've been using Tempur-Pedic pillows for about five years and I can't switch to anything else. I recently purchased two more, including the TEMPUR-Cloud pillow, and they are incredibly comfortable. I feel like you love this or don't. I love my other temperpedic pillow way more than this one. Its a bit bulky.

I love it. From the cool feeling machine washable cover, to the fully customizable down inside. This is one of the best pillows I ever owned.
