Since the inside of the pillow is made of loose pieces. During the night the pieces tend to shift around your head instead of supporting it. Leaving your head and neck in a very uncomfortable position. I have only been able to use this pillow for a week, and today I say goodbye because it gave me a crick in my neck.

Pillow was just what i needed after months of agonizing pain in my neck never able to find comfortable position to sleep until I tried this pillow. It was a game changer. Conforms to my neck giving me the support i need for a peacful night rest. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a comfortable pillow.

I've been using Tempur-Pedic pillows for about five years and I can't switch to anything else. I recently purchased two more, including the TEMPUR-Cloud pillow, and they are incredibly comfortable. I gave these pillows a few months before my review. After waking up to neck pain on multiple occasions, I am now in search of an alternative. The pillows are filled with chunks that often separate around your head, leaving you unsupported. They'd be better if they were topped off with the chunks and then able to adjust out. This is not the case. With the amount of chunks they come with, the only adjustment would leave your head lying directly in the mattress. No returns or exchanges so beware!

Was skeptical about spending the money but have wasted more money on several different pillows so had nothing to lose at first they seam hard but after getting used to them and removing about 5 large hand fulls of stuffing I've dialed them in and get better sleep than I've had in year's well worth the money

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. He says it is the most comfortable pillow he has ever had. I got the cooling feature with it and he loves that as he is a hot sleeper. I personally loved the density. I had slept on others that were just too hard. This pillow was perfect - not too hard, not too soft. Will probably order for myself! Shipping was very prompt as well. Thank you.

This pillow is hard as a rock. It’s so uncomfortable. The adjustable part is so weird. You can take out the fluff or the squishy parts. I’m so unhappy. You can’t return the pillows so I’m stuck with it. I try to give it away and they don’t want it bc it’s so hard.

The removable fill allowed me to adjust the pillow's height and shape to one that works for me and I have been sleeping well on it. The pillow's only downsides are that the remaining fill is a bit lumpy and one side of the pillow case has "pilled" slightly after its first wash.

Ready to give up on this pillow and throw it in the trash where it belongs. I would definitely say "adjustable" is false advertising. Even if it feels okay when you go to sleep, I wake up in the middle of the night with my head sunken into it, feeling like I'm sleeping on a brick. Thank goodness I got this as part of a buy-one-get-one deal. If it was between this and a regular, non-memory foam pillow, I'd go with the regular one.

I've been using the TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow for a few weeks, and it has significantly improved my sleep quality. The adjustability lets me find the perfect height for my neck, and the memory foam provides excellent support without feeling too firm. I wake up feeling refreshed and without neck pain.
