Upon arrival, the pillow was very full. I didn't adjust the filling the first two nights and by the second morning, I had an extreme sore and stiff neck. After removing some of the filling, the pillow was very lumpy and uncomfortable.

This pillow goes flat multiple times throughout the night and is only cooling if you don't have any kind of pillow case over it. Definitely not worth the money!

Bought these for my granddaughter they absolutely love them. What’s nice is you can remove filling if they are too firm. We’ll definitely buy again.!!!

The first couple nights were amazing. However, the pillows get lumpy and go flat. I fluff them every night before bed, but they flatten throughout the night.

Tempur-Cloud adjustable pillows are the way to go, especially if one is experiencing discomfort during sleep. I would certainly recommend this product.

I have tried many pillows because of my neck and back pain, my honest opinion is that this is the best pillow I have bought. It helps me reduce the neck pain because of its interior material now I can sleep better.

The filling is chopped up pieces of foam rubber. The pieces are hard when compressed. There is no memory or any support for the neck. It should not be called memory foam. I do not recommend buying this pillow.

My Tempur-Cloud adjustable cooling pillow ,for this old lady 76 years young, is perfect. It helps my neck and shoulders make it through a the night with less pain. I don't toss and turn as much and it's adjustable.. I like it very much..

I have a tempurpedic pillow from mattress firm that I absolutely love. I thought this was the same pillow but it's not. The inside seems like an old chopped up mattress. The pillow is not soft or cloud like at all. This is a waste of money.

The pillow seems to be of good quality but the firmness borders on being hard. I would order the next softness level if I had it to do over. Although, I will have to say, I haven't tried removing any of the filling yet. I will try that.
