I was so disappointed in this pillow with such a famous brand. The pillow is uncomfortably lumpy even when adjusting loft. Learned my lesson on purchasing something online that you can't try ahead of time and can't be returned. What a waste of $. Will purchase pillows in local stores only from now on.

I was excited about these pillows as a buy one get one free deal for Christmas. Unfortunately, one of them came with a huge hole in it at the seam so I haven’t even used it. The other pillow, which I have used, is lumpy and uncomfortable. The cooling technology does keep them cool.

The inside material would bunch to the very top of the pillow, thus angling the head in a very odd position and cause neck pain. No amount of readjusting or bunching of material would prevent this from recurring each night. My two children and I both had this problem, one child snoring because her airway was narrowed due to her head being at such an odd angle. I’ve owned the regular, nonadjustable Tempur pillow before and loved it. So disappointed that I have to waste three of these adjustable pillows; they’re now relegated to the back of our closets…

Very happy with this Pillow. Quality made and very comfortable. I'm used to a very soft pillow and was skeptical of changing but had been experiencing neck pain. It didn't take any time to get used to this new one. And I love.it. No more neck pain.

I purchased this pillow because I was experiencing pain in my neck and shoulders when I would wake up in the morning. I.knew I needed more support in that area. That's when I thought I'd try your pillow. After the first night, I had no pain whatsoever. I still don't. I'm extremely happy with your product and would recommend it to everyone.

This pillow is amazing. I have a difficult time finding the right pillow, either too soft or too firm. This pillow is amazing because you get to adjust the comfort of the pillow to fit your needs. I kept thee tea stuffing in case I needed to ever add to it. Will definitely buy again. Highly recommend

Comfortable pillow that easily adjustable. I usually sleep on my side, but sometimes on my back. I can move the filling around easily to make my neck comfortable depending on how I’m laying. It is a little bit cooler than standard pillows, which is also a plus.

I bought 2, one is great, the other doesn't have enough stuffing. Reached out to tempur and they gave me a lame answer about the all have different fill types and it's done by weight. I would have accepted some additional fill at minimum and best would have been for them to stand behind their product like a reputable company would.

I really tried to like these pillows but I don't. The cover is too thick for one and the stuffing constantly bunches up on one side and makes it extremely uncomfortable and I never noticed any cooling. I ended up buying the cloud dual cooling pillows and I absolutely love those! Way better! Only pillow I will use from now on!
