[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the pillows arrived they had a strong chemical smell, apparently coming from the fill. I called about returning them, and I was told to let them air out and the smell would go away. They have been airing now for about a month, and the smell is almost gone...not completely but almost. I hope that when I am able to actually use the pillows I will like them, but so far that hasn't been possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 4 of your Tempur-cloud adjustable & cooling pillow and I am not very happy with the purchase. They are very flat and need more filling in them to start with and they are suppose to be adjustable pillows where you can take the filling out to make for your comfort level. I have a Tempur-pedic bed and am pleased with that purchase but I will probably not buy anymore pillows after this purchase.

I tried multiple times with changing up the stuffing, to no avail. I can't get a good night's sleep, so I'm going back to feathers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have had moderate to good sleep using the new pillow. The cooling technology of the pillow cover is fantastic. However, the pillow its self is slightly underwhelming. Its adjustability appears to have been over advertised but the pillow over all is quite comfortable.

You will feel like your neck is fully supported and your head can actually lay back, relieving all the tension in your neck. It's adjustable to your comfort, and it lasts through the night. Totally worth the investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have a neck and a shoulder problem when it comes to sleep but now it's change a lot when I discovered this product and its really comfortable and i must say its a very high end quality. I always have a good sleep from now and I didn't regret buying all of these pillows that I have purchased. I will definitely recommend this product to my family and friends. this is one of the best investment that I did for myself.

But the only thing that's adjustable about this pillow is you can unzip the inner bag and empty the filler. What you get is still a pillow, just flatter. I don't recommend it for anyone with neck or back problems. Very misleading and disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned several tempur-pedic pillows and this is by far my absolute favorite! I love that I can adjust it to be the perfect height. No more neckaches when I wake up from too thick, too flat, or too firm a pillow. I also put some foam pieces in a peanut shaped pillow case for just the right amount of neck support when I sleep on my back. It's like 2 pillows in 1. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone and everyone!

Took me a few try's to get the quantity of stuffing to an amount comfortable for me, and was well worth the effort. Also, my wife has one of the non-cooling pillows and I can tell a difference between her's and mine. Only con is that you have to fluff the pillow each night before you use it, otherwise it gets clumpy and uncomfortable after each use.

These pillows indicate that they are adjustable, but you have to remove the memory foam to adjust them - which makes a mess. Its easy to remove too much, and difficult to get it "just right" However, the cooling feature really works! So, that's good.
