Being able to change how puffy the pillow is makes it super customizable. My wife and I both got one and have different amounts of fluff inside due to our respective preferences.

These pillows indicate that they are adjustable, but you have to remove the memory foam to adjust them - which makes a mess. Its easy to remove too much, and difficult to get it "just right"
