[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not been able to use the pillows. They smell like formaldehyde! They have been left out of the box for weeks and still smell. I tried to return, but no returns on pillows! Very disappointed in the brand and service!

But they are not the same pillow and my husband cannot sleep on these. He ended up going to the store and found out that the products online are different than in the store. So money wasted on these pillows that I'm not sure what I am going to do with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ended up taking more than half of the filling out to make the pillow flat enough for me. The outer quilted cover isn't that soft. I found that I have to keep flipping the pillow over to find a cool spot. So I'm not a big fan of this pillow. Even though this pillow isn't correct for me, I'd still recommend it because I know several people who love them.

Yes, you can fluff these up or try to pack them down a bit but I found them a bit too firm for my liking. These may be great for a back sleeper but as a side sleeper, the pillows were too firm to contour to my neck and it made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Again, if you're looking for something a bit firm, these pillows are great! I think I'm going to put mine in the guest room and go for a pillow that is soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i prefer a flat pillow and thought an adjustable type product would be a good fit for me. When the fill is removed, a flatter pillow doesn't offer great support, as the middle material gets pushed to the sides in the space opened up with less fill. I should have chosen the brand that offers a 60 day trial.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom and I are picky with our pillows and the adjustable cloud pillow is a great choice for our needs. It's a nice blend of soft yet firm because of the adjustable blending material. It's a really great Tempur-Pedic pillow to start off with!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The material is made from great quality and I can tell this pillow will hold its form for a long time to come. Which is super great. Only because it's brand new it's really tall, a bit too tall for my neck. So right now I'm using it as a leg pillow, hopefully it'll squish down a bit to be more comfortable.

Though it is firm, it doesn't cause any discomfort and I am no longer waking up every morning with a headache. That is what keeps me using it. Maybe I should try removing a bit more of the stuffing.
