[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a verrrry long time I used a really old pillow that, in comparison to my new Tempur-Cloud Pillow, was practically rock solid. I woke up daily feeling not well rested, neck AND back pain - just constantly feeling out of sorts when all I wanted was a good nights rest. After my first night with this pillow, I've taken it e v e r y w h e r e. Sleepover at my mom's? Tempur-Cloud. Beach vacay? Tempur-Cloud. Shoot, if I take a nap on the couch, my Tempur-Cloud is with me. 10/10 recommend this pillow for side sleepers, neck and back pain; ANY difficulty sleeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the adjustable pillow rather than the gel because I knew you could adjust it. The foam pieces have static and they go everywhere. I've adjusted it several times and it's very lumpy. Makes my neck hurt and I have to adjust it. Might have to try the gel.

I like to move my pillows around throughout the night in different positions so it always feels really uncomfortable. Good for someone who sleeps in the exact same position every night i guess. These pillows unfortunately just sit on the floor now for my kids to sit on to watch tv..

The pillow feels like gum you lay your head down the pillow goes completely flat and hard these pillows are so expensive and they are absolutely awful. There's zero returns allowed so once you waste your money on this hunk of junk you can't get it back!!

Though this pillow is a bit on the bulky side, I believe it is the best because you can adjust it to your personal needs -what more can you ask for? Actually, my previous pillow was considerably comfortable and was adjustable as well, but it was it was made of regular foam. My Temur-Pedic pillow is made with the best and most comfortable materials in the market. And that makes it the best pillow in my book. Some people complain about having to adjust it, I don't mind doing that myself. Actually, I prefer it that way. I get to personalize the way I want my pillow with every situation and every position. How awesome is that? Did I mention my back pain is gone? I sleep like a baby, no medication needed. Thanks Tempur-Pedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the "back/stomach sleeper" tempurpedic pillow which I loooooove. I've been sleeping on my side more so I wanted something slightly thicker. So I got these and they're not comfy at all lol. I really tried to give them a chance. They're lumpy and hard :( Big bummer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not really adjustable. Think about pulling loose fill out of a pillow, zipping it back up and hoping you get the support you need. The pillow becomes shapeless and lumpy and no support. Then what? Store zip locked bags of loose fill? Yup. Their other products are much better designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had good experiences with Tempur-pedic in the past but I have always bought in store. I bought a pillow on-line and it was a not a good idea. The pillow is not a good fit for being a side sleeper and I really wish they took returns on pillows. I have one that has never been taken out of the box or used even once, but they don't allow returns on pillows. Very disappointed. Wish I would have tried the one that is not adjustable. I do not like the material that fills the pillow at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love these pillows as I already have other Tempurpedic pillows which are fantastic. Yes, you can fluff these up or try to pack them down a bit but I found them a bit too firm for my liking. These may be great for a back sleeper but as a side sleeper, the pillows were too firm to contour to my neck and it made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Again, if you're looking for something a bit firm, these pillows are great! I think I'm going to put mine in the guest room and go for a pillow that is soft
