[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've had this pillow for over a month now and so I feel satisfied in my review and recommendation for it. When I first got it, it felt strangely cheap. You could feel foam pieces throughout. It was about 4" thick and easily manipulated. I was worried it would bunch up like the cheap poly fill ones, but nope. It has been wonderful. Your head sinks in, just enough, and it does literally cradle you like a cloud. It springs back into shape when you get up. I can scrunch it under my neck area when lying on my side, but by the time I relax, I let the pillow relax and feel comfortable enough to stay in that position to fall asleep. My neck pain is finally easing up. I've been like the princess and the pea, but have finally figured out, it was just bad pillows until now! Haha highly recommend for side or back sleepers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one of these and one of the dual cooling. The dual cooling is comfortable, but firm. This one provides a little more flexibility to mold to the position of your neck. This one's better when I want to sleep on my stomach. The cooling isn't as effective as with the dual cooling pillow, but it does cool and is very comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillows are too flat for me, the foam isn't that comfortable, and whatever is suppose to make the pool feel cooler doesn't really feel any cooler than a regular pillow. Also the factory smell of the pillow won't go away and for some reason my pillow cases keep sliding off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 4 of your Tempur-cloud adjustable & cooling pillow and I am not very happy with the purchase. They are very flat and need more filling in them to start with and they are suppose to be adjustable pillows where you can take the filling out to make for your comfort level. I have a Tempur-pedic bed and am pleased with that purchase but I will probably not buy anymore pillows after this purchase.

I sleep better when my head is slightly elevated and this pillow gives me the exact comfort and eligibility that I need for a great nights rest! The cooling benefit is an added bonus!

WISH I had done much sooner.... i sleep thru the night, no more tossing and turning all the support I need for my neck while it continues to heal...Thank You so ooo much Tempurpedic....Make the switch Now.!!!

I have had a hard time finding a pillow that will support my erratic sleep movements. Usually waking up in the morning with a stiff neck, or headache because my head and neck were propped up at weird angles through the night. With this pillow, no matter if I am on my side, back or stomach my head and neck feel comfortable and relaxed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Runs too hot for me so only my wife uses it. Barely 10 minutes into it and I can feel the heat develop. The contour and adaptability is nice. However, now that I know they sell something as an add-on to make it cool, feels like their was no thought out into the initial design for user comfort or to amend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thinking that this pillow had literal layers in it that you would remove to lessen the thickness. However, the entire pillow is made of foam pieces so you just remove handfuls of this mixture until you reach the appropriate thickness for you. I put my extra filling in a bag. With so much removed, my pillow unfortunately feels a bit lumpy now but it still feels more supportive throughout the night over the traditional pillow I had before. It stays in the shape of my head all night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This supports my neck well but still is pliable enough to smush up when I lie on my side. I got the mattress pad with cooling added and I'm not sure how well either work, because I still wake up sweaty :/
