[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this pillow forms to my head and neck. However the pieces of foam seem to turn into a lumpy condensed mess. The pillow is also hard to fluff to attempt to reform the pillow to it's original state. Some nights I feel like I am wrestling with the pillow all night, as I am a side sleeper and I alternate sides throughout the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows start cool and stay cool. The adjustable filling is the best., my pillow my way. The bad side is my king size pillows are only 30" long (TOO SMALL). i never thought to read the length of a king size pillow I thought they were standard (SURPRISE!) Be aware of your pillow length my cases hang about 6" over the end of my pillow. I wish I could return these as well. Another bad investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the adjustable pillow rather than the gel because I knew you could adjust it. The foam pieces have static and they go everywhere. I've adjusted it several times and it's very lumpy. Makes my neck hurt and I have to adjust it. Might have to try the gel.

Disappointed. I thought we were gonna sleep great but it has not happened. Still on the search for the perfect pillow. Kinda disappointed with how expensive they were and did not deliver. My husband who is a firefighter and needs good rest was so excited and was disappointed more than me. Does not stay cool and does not form to your sleep needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were new to Tempur-Pedic, I mistakenly thought our Temper-symphony pillows would be kings, the weren't (definitely love them though!) I ended up ordering the Temper-Cloud adjustable so that we would have king size pillows. Wasn't a big fan of the irregular feel of the filling material compared to the Temper-symphony. Granted, you can remove material to adjust the overall density, but it still doesn't come close to "symphony" pillow; however, "Cloud's" have met and exceeded the need in two other areas we've found important: The first is added support when sitting up, second and what we find really helpful is as a body pillow when lying on our sides :) I almost forgot to mention quality; granted Tempur-pedic products aren't inexpensive, but their quality is really great!

We bought these pillows after purchasing the King Adjustable - cooling pillows for our camper since it has a short queen mattress. Anytime you change sleeping arrangements, it takes time to adapt. Purchasing these pillows for the camper helped us ease into a better sleeping pattern while on the road and them coming back home. A good quality pillow is essential for a good nights rest, no one likes waking up with a pain in their neck. Since these pillows are adjustable, add and remove filler material as needed to get the desired comfort. Any excess you have, store in a zip lock bag for future use.

We were purchasing our Tempurpedic Adapt mattress and read about the cloud pillow. What enticed us is that it is adjustable. My husband prefers a loftier, firm pillow. I prefer a softer, moldable one. This pillow is perfect for each of us. It is soft, form fitting, yet firm. You can take out some of the fluff (I did) to make it flatter. Yet it is still supportive and moldable. Not to big, not too firm; Goldilocks. The perfect pillow is finally at hand.
