While the concept for this pillow is great, after you sleep on it for the night, your head is firmly dented in to the point that there's not much left between you and the bed. I wake up and either have to fluff the pillow back out, or deal with it. This is the second pillow I've ordered to try and I don't think I'll be ordering anymore off the website because I'm stuck with it and they are not cheap pillows.

I tried multiple times with changing up the stuffing, to no avail. I can't get a good night's sleep, so I'm going back to feathers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is nothing in the product description that says your head and face will feel like it's resting on a bunch of chopped up foam that feels lumpy and uncomfortable. And pillows are not returnable. Do not recommend!

My husband was obsessed with his old, worn-out pillow and refused to part with it… until this one. The TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow was the only pillow that could actually replace his beat-up favorite. The fact that he can customize the fill and make it less fluffy was a total win-win. He gets the exact feel he wants, and I finally got him to upgrade to something supportive and clean. He loves it!

Do not waste your money because it's not really cooling especially after you put a pillow case on it. It has a small bit of cooling without a case for about 2 min then it's warm. The pillow case takes away the 2 min of cooling. Super disappointed and won't be purchasing from them again

I've always been a restless sleeper, never staying in one position. Thanks to this pillow not anymore! I sleep on my back all night long. Im fixing to have total shoulder replacement surgery on 12-19 on my right shoulder. I slept in my recliner all night until I got these pillows. It the pillow comes unreasonably thick with the expectation that you take the foam out until you reach your preferred thickness. My best pillow. The only criticism is that the foam is unstructured in the pillow case, so if you take enough out to make the pillow much thinner the foam with shift away from your head during the night and make the pillow lumpy.
