[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the pillow but I don't love it. I have been trying to a find a pillow that supports my head and neck and keeps my spine aligned. I find if a pillow is too high, I have hip problems. I like that I am able to remove some of the foam to give me a pillow that gives me the right height and the right density. I am not always comfortable on it though. I really need to keep readjusting it to create a good pocket for comfort. It does seem to compress fairly quickly. I expected it to pop back up to shape.

My husband was obsessed with his old, worn-out pillow and refused to part with it… until this one. The TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow was the only pillow that could actually replace his beat-up favorite. The fact that he can customize the fill and make it less fluffy was a total win-win. He gets the exact feel he wants, and I finally got him to upgrade to something supportive and clean. He loves it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the pillow for a few weeks without removing any of the fluff. I realized my neck was too stiff so I took some fluff out and it's pretty nice now. I want to try more of the tempur-pedic products, especially the neck support pillow. I also appreciate the washable pillow liner that is very nice! What would be even better is if there was a little baggie I could put the fluff in!!!

I'm very picky about pillows and experience neck pain and headaches when the pillows are not quality. I have been quite happy with my pillow and surprisingly my husband noticed the difference from his previous pillow and won't sleep on anything else.

The Cloud Adjustable pillow and the My Pillow are similar concepts. The difference is the Cloud Adjustable uses Tempur foam, both have shredded foam that can be manipulated for comfort. I like the concept and I find the Tempurpedic offers more support. I think it offers exactly what it’s promoted for, comfort that can be adjusted for your sleeping position. Mattresses and pillows can be subjective, many thoughts and opinions. I personally really like this one and so does my Wife.

Currently we have about 10 pillows that are sitting in a closet bc they were too tall, too soft, too hard, not tall enough. You name the reason, it wouldn't work. My husband suffers from horrible headaches and neck pain, so finding the right pillow has been difficult. It's taken several nights of adding and removing foam but I think it's perfect for his neck and head now. Headaches are still a thing but it's rare he complains of neck pain now! I only wish the foam was uniform in size. It ranges from large chunks to small shavings, which makes it messy if you're not careful. Other than that, I'm extremely satisfied overall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the pillow with the thought that it would help me get more restful sleep, given the price and the advertised comfort. I could not have been more wrong. The pillow, while adjustable, does not keep its shape and has become extremely uncomfortable. When I reached back out to the brand to see if I could get an exchange for a different pillow, I was told no. So not I spent $90 on a pillow that I no longer use because it gives me neck pain.

I wish I could have tried this Tempur-Cloud pillow out before purchase. The pillow is lumpy to the touch, and very warm making it very uncomfortable. I tried taking some of the filling out as the pillow was too bulky but made the lumpy feeling worse. I expected more from Tempur-pedic. What a waste of money! Lesson learned- never shop online for a non-returnable pillow again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have spent hundreds of dollars on neck pillows that leave me sore after 6 months. This pillow stopped my neck pain after the first night! The filling can be pulled out and adjusted for your comfort and preference which is super cool. It also stays cool to the touch which is nice if your body temperature tends to be too hot.
