[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is not a good pillow for me as I have neck issues. I thought that maybe I'd give this one a try with the sale. I know I've been happy with the kidney shaped pillow from years ago but lost on vacation many moons ago.... I tried to get that this time and could not find it. At any rate, I will be getting a pillow especially for neck issues. My neck issues are severe to the point of getting headaches, taking medication prescribed by the dr for muscle relaxants, pain meds and migraines. I also get injections, including a cauterizing procedure annually.

When I heard about this pillow, I wanted to give it a shot. I am deployed at a location where Tempurpedic do not ship so I was told my order would be canceled at first. When I further explained my situation, the customer service personnel was extremely helpful and told me they will try figure out a way to assist me. After couple days gone by, I got an email stating that the pillow will be shipped to my location. I now had the pillow for 3 months and my neck pain is no longer there. Thank you so much Tempurpedic!

So I bought two, one for me and one for my husband. The two pillows that came in had an uneven amount of cushion. My husband's pillow had a really good amount and has held up well in the last month but mines already came in with visibly less cushion than his. So we decided to just take some of his and put it in mines but it was not enough. My pillow is completely flat, not nearly enough cushion and has no support so it hurts my neck. I'll have to go back to my old pillow.

A comfortable, & soft, but also firm pillowy cloud that cradles my head so I may fall asleep, perfectly. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle whatever life is going to throw at me! Once we move into a house, I will DEFINITELY be buying a Tempurpedic Bed, if the pillow is this AWESOME, then the mattress must be GODLY!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The adjustable fill pillow is probably one of the best pillows I've had since the very first Tempur-Pedic pillows came out. I wore that one out and I have been through so many pillows and spent hundreds of dollars. I was delighted when I saw the two for one sale and tried it. Needless to say if these two last as long as the first one did I will be set up for life.

I have been sleeping only contour Tempur Pedic pillows for years. No other pillow is good for my neck but I thought I would give the Cloud Adjustable pillow a try. Sorry but my neck love likes the contour pillow. Maybe my guests will like the Cloud Adjustable pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have another brand's shredded foam pillow that I;ve used for several years. Like that the fill is adjustable, like with the Tempur-pedic, but the Temper-pedic doesn't come with extra fill, so you can go with less, but not more. I end up with flat spots where all the fill has been pushed to the sides. Annoying having to adjust the pillow every time I wake up during the night.

They are very comfortable and adjust with your body position as desired. The filling in the pillows provides nice support and the extra length is perfect for me. I already purchased two more in queen size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product does not feel cool. It will for literally one second if I don't have a pillow case on it. The actual pillow is firm and also soft so the pillow is a good pillow but zero cooling in this. Super disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They didn't have the exact support I was after. I ended up taking some stuffing out of one and placing it in the other. It helped some, but now I can only use one. I wish I could buy more of the filling.
