I did find the pillow too plump and firm at first, but by removing some of the filler made it just right and so comfortable. I saved the filler in case it is needed in the future. I also love the cooling quality of the pillow. Thank you for a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within the past year or so I've had bad luck trying to find a pillow that doesn't leave me waking up with neck pain. I had a Casper pillow that worked for about 6 months, then the neck pain started. Bought this pillow on a whim and I'm thrilled that I did. No neck or shoulder pain and I sleep mostly on my side. Haven't had to remove and of the stuffing to adjust the firmness but that is definitely a cool feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few weeks sleeping on my new pillow, I know how to nestle in and make a comfortable place for my head and neck. The thickness works for me, I don't feel like I'll ever add or take out filling. My main complaint since I received the pillow is that it is so lumpy! It's the nature of the pillow since it's stuffed with pieces of foam but I personally think a different style could offer the same comfort but with a smoother, more level feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much better at staying cool than my last, non-temurpedic pillow. Supportive but definitely not as firm as the full memory foam pillows. The inside is like a bunch of little chunks, which you can unzip and take them out to change the thickness. I'm hesitant to put a protector on it in case it interferes with the cooling effect but I wish I could. Overall very big upgrade and no longer have to fluff my pillows all the time.

We bought these pillows after purchasing the King Adjustable - cooling pillows for our camper since it has a short queen mattress. Anytime you change sleeping arrangements, it takes time to adapt. Purchasing these pillows for the camper helped us ease into a better sleeping pattern while on the road and them coming back home. A good quality pillow is essential for a good nights rest, no one likes waking up with a pain in their neck. Since these pillows are adjustable, add and remove filler material as needed to get the desired comfort. Any excess you have, store in a zip lock bag for future use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a comfy pillow. I really like how i can adjust the inside stuffing. The only didn't like, is that it does smell out of the box, but it does fade after you air it out and wash the outside cover a couple times. Would buy again.

Im kind of little though, so I find it to be overstuffed and too high-profile for comfortable neck alighnment. It is very cooling and a fantastic texture and support so I may try opening it up to pull some stuffing out.

But the only thing that's adjustable about this pillow is you can unzip the inner bag and empty the filler. What you get is still a pillow, just flatter. I don't recommend it for anyone with neck or back problems. Very misleading and disappointing.

It did not come with enough filling to get it to the firmness my wife and I would have liked. I bought two and both are the same. Very unhappy that the pillow did not work how described in the description.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this pillow hoping for a comfortable night's sleep, but i was let down. The first thing I noticed was a very strong chemical smell that lingered for several days. As for comfort, I found the pillow to be less supportive than I expected. It felt too flat for my liking and didn't provide the neck support I need. Too expensive in my opinion to justify the chemical odor and lack of neck support.
