[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I immediately realized that there was way too much material in the pillow for me and my head was like at unnatural angle to my body when it was on the pillow so I took some of the stuffing out and tried sleeping with it, and I found that I still had my head in unnatural position, and I actually got neck aches, and some numbing in my arm from my head being tweaked in a different position than it should be and then I removed some more filling and I still have not been able to find the sweet spot so I'm just giving up it's not at all what I thought it was gonna be like. SAd cuz it was pretty pricey

While the concept for this pillow is great, after you sleep on it for the night, your head is firmly dented in to the point that there's not much left between you and the bed. I wake up and either have to fluff the pillow back out, or deal with it. This is the second pillow I've ordered to try and I don't think I'll be ordering anymore off the website because I'm stuck with it and they are not cheap pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit I would not have purchased these pillows had there not been a huge special and savings. We love our mattresses and thought we'd give the pillows a try. The standard pillows allowed me to make mine more firm and my husband's softer. The king pillows we purchased are a little too firm for my husband but perfect for me. Overall the ability to wash the pillow casing and adjust the smaller pillows to our liking have made a client for life. My husband loves his for reading and remove it once he's ready for bed and uses the smaller pillow for sleeping.

It did not come with enough filling to get it to the firmness my wife and I would have liked. I bought two and both are the same. Very unhappy that the pillow did not work how described in the description.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is nothing in the product description that says your head and face will feel like it's resting on a bunch of chopped up foam that feels lumpy and uncomfortable. And pillows are not returnable. Do not recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been having issues sleeping due to neck pain. I have tried pillow every in the market I think I have a massive collection now. But I saw this and have it a go. My first night I slept like a baby and did not wake up with pain...finally!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the pillow is quite comfortable to sleep on, I was disappointed when I first opened it. The filling inside looks like it is made from foam scraps. I expected that it would at least come with separate types of foam for customization, but each pillow already contains a mix of various foams in different sizes (some are large chunks, and some are tiny pieces). When I removed the foam, it scattered everywhere, giving a strong impression of recycled waste. This made me uncomfortable initially, especially considering the price point.

The foam inside the pillow had two different consistencies (I ordered two of the same pillows) with one pillow have more support and the other having very little. Both pillows did not live up to the price point asked. I have found many cheaper pillows to be made with superior quality to that of Tempurpedic. I would have expected more from this company as well as of a product with this price point.
