[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm used to a more firm pillow, so I took 1/2 the stuffing out of 1 pillow and added it to the second one. Now it's finally firm enough to support my head at night. I took the leftover stuffing and made a travel pillow. I'm not sure I notice a difference with the cooling cover they sold me for extra. Probably would skip it next time, but it's a nice in between cover.

Also, poor quality with the zipper coming undone. I've learned my lesson to stay away from tempur-pedic in general.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pillow- I love this because it's easy to fluff and reset each night. I sleep mainly on my back and it supports my neck nicely. I have not had any aches or pains after waking up. My spouse is a side sleeper, who has the same pillow. They also wake up feeling great and refreshed and no pain!

I love this pillow! It affords me many options, tummy, side, and back sleeping positions. I can mold it to suit my comfort needs. I am so happy I purchased it. My poor little neck is no longer challenged but is supported!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thinking that this pillow had literal layers in it that you would remove to lessen the thickness. However, the entire pillow is made of foam pieces so you just remove handfuls of this mixture until you reach the appropriate thickness for you. I put my extra filling in a bag. With so much removed, my pillow unfortunately feels a bit lumpy now but it still feels more supportive throughout the night over the traditional pillow I had before. It stays in the shape of my head all night.

We both keep the full amount of filling in them, but I appreciate the ability to fill/empty to your desired level. However, be aware that they smell rather strongly of chemicals when you first get them. We had to spray them with Febreze and sit them out in the sun to let it air out. Other than that initial smell, these are great pillows!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow comes stuffed to the brim and it was a bit of a mess to take out the amount of filing that we wanted to make the pillow our desired comfort level. It's essentially a "my pillow" without having to support that brand. Works for me.

I was experiencing a lot of neck and shoulder pain and constantly readjusting my old pillows but no more... I shift around a lot less now and my pain is gone. Very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my husband for his birthday and he loves it! Only reason I have 4 instead of 5 was because I wish the stuff you take out of it to get it adjusted to your comfort level is really messy/kind of a pain. Otherwise, it's great!
