[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am unhappy with my purchase and do not use the pillows. They are physically heavy, very dense, and uncomfortable to lie on. I have removed some of the material to no avail. And I didn't check the return policy before ordering, which is a lesson learned as they are not returnable. I would suggest testing them in a store before purchasing if possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one for me and one for my husband because I love my new tempurpedic mattress. The pillows work great. I like a softer pillow and my husband likes a firmer one. These pillows work for both of us. No neck or shoulder pain!!

But the only thing that's adjustable about this pillow is you can unzip the inner bag and empty the filler. What you get is still a pillow, just flatter. I don't recommend it for anyone with neck or back problems. Very misleading and disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the pillow but I don't love it. I have been trying to a find a pillow that supports my head and neck and keeps my spine aligned. I find if a pillow is too high, I have hip problems. I like that I am able to remove some of the foam to give me a pillow that gives me the right height and the right density. I am not always comfortable on it though. I really need to keep readjusting it to create a good pocket for comfort. It does seem to compress fairly quickly. I expected it to pop back up to shape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely perfect blend of comfort, support, and temperature control! You don't need to smoosh this pillow into the right shape. You don't need to flip it to get to the cool side. Just like your mattresses, regardless of your sleep position, lay down, relax, and feel the pillow conform to the shape/weight of your head. It's a really great feeling as your head is being supported and yet due to the tempur material, comfortable and cool. This is the best pillow currently available!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a comfy pillow. I really like how i can adjust the inside stuffing. The only didn't like, is that it does smell out of the box, but it does fade after you air it out and wash the outside cover a couple times. Would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these pillows to replace some of the Original Tempur Cloud pillows that I go 12 years ago. Those pillows were great and held up for a long time. These pillows are softer than those and provide better support. I love how they work great side and back sleeping. I also was having trouble sleeping well and since I've been using these pillows for a few months, I've seen a great improvement in my quality of sleep. I would highly recommend these pillows to anyone.

After several weeks of attempting a return or warranty I gave up. The pillows are not comfortable and I do not recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They didn't have the exact support I was after. I ended up taking some stuffing out of one and placing it in the other. It helped some, but now I can only use one. I wish I could buy more of the filling.

After I got it just right for my neck it was pretty comfortable. P.S. I bought a couple of zippered small pillow cases and made two travel pillows.
