[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered 2 king pillows because I've had good experience with other Tempurpedic products. Unfortunately, these pillows don't do it for me and my wife. We are side sleepers and these aren't supportive enough. Initially laying on the pillow it feels soft, comfortable and supportive. But within minutes my head falls into the foam and feel like I'm almost flat onto the mattress. I thought when the product description said they are adjustable, I could get more foam to fill it more, but after a conversation with customer service I was told no. I'm now shopping for a better alternative from a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the mattress, these pillows have a strong odor that is annoying. I have let mine air out for two months before using. Now they are fine. Tempur needs to address this odor issue in their products. Otherwise I would have given it five stars.

Love that I can move the stuffing to where I need most support. Sometimes we snuggle in bed and my significant other likes to use my pillow and having less stuffing on their end of the pillow with more on mine makes it comfortable sleeping beside one another.

I was seeking treatment at my chiropractor's office, and he recommended this pillow. I absolutely love it and now sleep so much better without pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most pillows are fine for a while. But then they start to lose their comfort level permanently. Not my TEMPUR-Cloud pillow. If it starts to lose its appeal, I just manipulate the pilo and readjust the interior material to reform the shape to my liking. Since the filling is made of many foam pieces, it is easy to get back to my favorite conformation and comfort level.

I love that the pillow is adjustable and you can fluff the stuffing to exactly how you want it. I love that it has small pieces rather than one large piece of foam. I have suffered with neck pain for years and nothing has helped until I tired this pillow. Within days of sleeping with this pillow, my neck pain decreased significantly. I loved the pillow so much that I bought 2 more!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this pillow forms to my head and neck. However the pieces of foam seem to turn into a lumpy condensed mess. The pillow is also hard to fluff to attempt to reform the pillow to it's original state. Some nights I feel like I am wrestling with the pillow all night, as I am a side sleeper and I alternate sides throughout the night.

Not sold on this pillow with all the little pieces of foam in it. Like the fact I can take some out to fit my comfort level but still not sure I will use this pillow on a daily basis. I expected more comfort.
