They are packed full of shredded memory foam and the cooling cover upgrade is cool to the touch. They are definitely an upgrade from the mypillows I had. I highly recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second set of pillows that I've gotten the first set wasn't adjustable. This one was. My preference is the non-adjustable. Make sure to choose the right pillow type as they don't accept returns/exchanges for most reasons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've slept on a cloud pillow for a number of years. I wanted a new one because it works so well for my neck and shoulder issues. Although this one is slightly different than my first, it does the job perfectly. I'm very happy with my Temperpedic cloud pillow.

The pillows are way too full and big for me. I wish I could return them. I didn't realize they weren't returnable. I woke up with a migraine from using the pillow because my neck was strained. Now I only use them for watching tv when I want to be extra propped up. I do think I could pill Some cushioning out of them. I haven't tried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can not beat the quality of Temper-Pedic. Even though I was disappointed with my Cloud Adjustable pillow. I bought 2 recently and 1 came with a lot less fill. As usual it's the one that became mine. My husband loves his. Needless to say, I have gone back to using my old standbye, in search of another style that is firmer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows I bought were supposed to support our necks and keep us cool through the night. it was only cool when you first lay on the pillow but was never comfortable under out heads. The pillows are too bulky and I thought we were getting memory foams pillows but instead got alot of cut up foam in small pieces inside the pillow. I would ask for my money back if we had not already spent a month just trying to adjust to the pillow itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much better at staying cool than my last, non-temurpedic pillow. Supportive but definitely not as firm as the full memory foam pillows. The inside is like a bunch of little chunks, which you can unzip and take them out to change the thickness. I'm hesitant to put a protector on it in case it interferes with the cooling effect but I wish I could. Overall very big upgrade and no longer have to fluff my pillows all the time.

I had a temperpedic pillow for over 15 years and wanted to upgrade with a couple more. Very pleased with the ability to remove stuffing according to my comfort. Slept with the full pillow for a few days and after removing stuffing several more times, found the right balance for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The king size pillow is perfect for our bed and this pillow is extremely supportive and comfortable all throughout the night. It does go a little flat after a while but with some fluffing it is back to normal. Overall, a great, comfy pillow!
