These pillows are advertised as adjustable. It states you can remove some of the fill to adjust to your comfort. What they don't tell you is the pillows do not even come full so there is no way you would want to remove any of the filling. I've only had the pillow for a week and every night I've woken up with a headache that became a migraine. The pillows go completely flat after only an hour or two. I wake up several times thru the night and have to flip it and fluff it. I requested purchasing more fill which is not an option. And you can't return them so I wasted my money. Don't waste yours! Don't even bother with these pillows. They are the worst pillows I've ever bought. Very disappointed! I expected more from this company

I was constantly readjusting my pillow throughout the night, and I don't find myself doing that now. It's the perfect firmness and has a good amount of support without waking up with a sore ear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow to replace an older Tempur-Pedic pillow that had become flat with age. That pillow was made of a single foam slab, so I was worried that the filling style of this new one would make the it feel lumpy. Thankfully, it doesn't. The only issue I have with it is that it needs to be fluffed up relatively frequently due to its loose filling style. If I forget to fluff it, it's noticeably less comfortable to sleep on than normal because it develops a flat spot in the center. I was able to purchase two of these during a BOGO promotion, so I have an entire extra pillow's worth of filling to pull from if I want to adjust this one. I think these pillows should come with more stuffing inside of them or with a bag of additional stuffing to add to them - the fact that they can develop a noticeable flat spot if you don't fluff them means that the case is too big or the stuffing is too meager. I do like this pillow and find it very comfortable after adjusting it, however.

It doesn't feel plush comfortable and no pressure relief (how they describe it). I called the same day I received it to see if by chance I could get a refund but that was a no.

My experience with this pillow didn't start well - when I ripped the tag off, it ripped a hole in the cover. That's just cosmetic though. The pillow itself works well. I usually have to fluff it first to move some of the full around, but after that, my head gradually sinks into the pillow and feels supported. But it's also soft enough to feel comfortable. The cooling aspect will be out to the test during the summer months!

I have had difficulity with tension and pain in my neck caused from a car accident. I would wake up with headaches. This pillow forms to your neck and gives the needed support for side or back sleeping positions. I have been using the pillow for a month now. I wake up feeling rested. The tension and pain in my neck is gone. I would highly recommend this pillow for anyone looking to improve the quality of their sleep.

These were buy one get one. When the arrived one pillow had Significantly more memory foam stuffing inside then the second pillow. I took all the extra foam from the over stuffed pillow and evened it out with the under stuffed pillow. Turns out it was exactly the right amount of foam For me and my wife. But if we had required more foam I feel like we might have gotten shorted on the under stuffed pillow. Sleeping wise they sleep good and keeps me cool. Yes I would buy them again.
