However, the pillow its self is slightly underwhelming. Its adjustability appears to have been over advertised but the pillow over all is quite comfortable.

Sadly enough can't return or exchange this item so I'm stuck with two expensive pillows that serve no purpose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 of these one for myself and one for my wife. At first I loved this not too firm but not too plush. However 3 weeks into using it it really seems to have broken in. It's thin in the center where I rest my head. No amout of fluffing seems to help. The cooling is great and that's why I give it 3 stars. My wife however is loving hers! Hers is still firm as when we got it. Maybe I just have a heavy head haha. I'm checking that I wouldn't recommend this although for some people (like my wife) it may be a fantastic fit. A simple yes/no isn't the best way to review so I hope others read my full review.

The pillow is more on the hard side. It's adjustable but it only adjust the thickness. The pillow itself is still hard, unlike other memory foam pillow from another brand. This is probably just my preference. However the reason for my 2 stars is because when I open to remove the foam to adjust I found a lot of dirty foams with black stuff, tape attached to foam. This is the kind of stuff you might expect from a cheap no-brand pillow, not expensive premium brand. Definitely not worth the price even when it's on huge discount.

The pillow becomes shapeless and lumpy and no support. Then what? Store zip locked bags of loose fill? Yup. Their other products are much better designed.

DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW! I bought two and only opened one. After sleeping on it for one night I knew it was a bad purchase. This pillow is like a beanbag and offers no support. I spent the entire night trying to scrunch it up enough to give support. Unfortunately, I did not realize I wouldn’t be able to return the pillows. I hope I can save you a terrible night’s sleep and money.

this pillow is amazing! the first night I slept on this, I didn't wake up with any neck pain. I've been on the hunt for a good pillow for years now but nothing worked until this. I love that it's adjustable and if you fluff it up it's good as new. I don't find it sleeps hot at all. it's the perfect balance between firm and soft. both my boyfriend and I sleep much better with this pillow.

Here’s a cleaner, sharper rewrite that still keeps your voice and frustration: Rewrite: This is easily one of the worst pillows I’ve ever purchased. It feels like resting your head on a bag of crumpled newspapers, and it flattens almost instantly. Even though it’s advertised as a cooling pillow, it actually ran hot. I also had no idea it was non-returnable. My dog won’t even lie on it. It honestly feels like a way for them to profit off leftover scrap material. Do not buy this pillow if you’re hoping for a good night’s sleep. Zero stars!

The king-size Cloud Adjustable Pillow serves this purpose with aplomb. I had to get two so my bed accessories' appearance would remain symmetrical. Note that these pillows are expensive and only worth the price if you can buy one and get the other free.
