I have been sleeping only contour Tempur Pedic pillows for years. No other pillow is good for my neck but I thought I would give the Cloud Adjustable pillow a try. Sorry but my neck love likes the contour pillow. Maybe my guests will like the Cloud Adjustable pillow.

My fiancé loves his, but he's much taller and more broad-shouldered than I am. I find it to be a little too thick to be comfortable for my neck. I like having matching pillows on the bed so we each have two different ones and I sleep on the other one. If you're an average-sized human, you probably will love it! If you're smaller or more petite, I might suggest you look for a thinner option!

I reached out to tempur-pedic to setup a return and was told all sales were final on pillows and I couldn't even return the pillows that were still in the box. Terrible experience will not use this brand again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This reminds me of the MyPillow brand. They are advertised as being able to adjust the thickness by removing some of the insides. There isn't enough in them to remove anything and still have a pillow. Straight from the box, they will bend almost doubled over. As it is, it is comfortable with almost enough insides to be perfect, but if it packs down any with time, they will be a floppy waste. Definitely do not recommend for a side sleeper unless you plan to fold it in half first.

I love my old pillow, they're so comfy they're drool worthy but these new pillows were hardly smushy soft, they're so stiff! Even removing some stuffing helped with the height, but it really lacks the softness I crave. My old pillows feel luxurious to sleep on, these were too stiff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First pillow had the zipper rip when trying to change up the fill. Replaced for free, which was good. Second pillow, I decided to add fill from first one to it. Some of the foam is hard. It has hard plastic on one edge. It's almost like it's scrap foam that's used in the pillows, not the real Tempur bed foam. Pillow absolutely needs more stuffing, as it flattens out quickly. I replaced this after a week. The foam pieces having plastic (almost like a burnt edge) is the most concerning part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow to replace an older Tempur-Pedic pillow that had become flat with age. That pillow was made of a single foam slab, so I was worried that the filling style of this new one would make the it feel lumpy. Thankfully, it doesn't. The only issue I have with it is that it needs to be fluffed up relatively frequently due to its loose filling style. If I forget to fluff it, it's noticeably less comfortable to sleep on than normal because it develops a flat spot in the center. I was able to purchase two of these during a BOGO promotion, so I have an entire extra pillow's worth of filling to pull from if I want to adjust this one. I think these pillows should come with more stuffing inside of them or with a bag of additional stuffing to add to them - the fact that they can develop a noticeable flat spot if you don't fluff them means that the case is too big or the stuffing is too meager. I do like this pillow and find it very comfortable after adjusting it, however.

I'd lay my head down and sink in about 2-3 inches and straight of to sleep. But this one is underwhelming, the cooling protective cover works great! But at the price point not worth for the comfort level it provides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the pillow but I don't love it. I have been trying to a find a pillow that supports my head and neck and keeps my spine aligned. I find if a pillow is too high, I have hip problems. I like that I am able to remove some of the foam to give me a pillow that gives me the right height and the right density. I am not always comfortable on it though. I really need to keep readjusting it to create a good pocket for comfort. It does seem to compress fairly quickly. I expected it to pop back up to shape.
