[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows I bought were supposed to support our necks and keep us cool through the night. it was only cool when you first lay on the pillow but was never comfortable under out heads. The pillows are too bulky and I thought we were getting memory foams pillows but instead got alot of cut up foam in small pieces inside the pillow. I would ask for my money back if we had not already spent a month just trying to adjust to the pillow itself.

I am a down pillow user and a side sleeper. I needed to quit the down due to allergies. I found a review for this pillow online and thought I would give it a try. I like the adjustability of being able to remove the filling to your desired firmness. The pillow cover itself is so soft although I do use a silk pillowcase I can still feel the softness. I'm giving it 4 stars only due to cooling effects, for me they are not there. It took me only one night to get used to using this pillow and now I do not miss my down and I believe it is better for my neck, not waking up with stiff neck as I did with down. Also the price was good, 2 pillows for the same price other competitors were charging for one.

When the two pillows arrived, I used the filling to make a perfect king size pillow that would support my hips/knees. It really is ideal for me because I wanted this size in this foam, and I wanted it to be adjustable so I could make it work the way I need it to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice sized pillow, like that it's adjustable. Comes PACKED with foam pieces and makes quite a mess taking it out. Also took several times to get enough out to make it comfy. Still can't sleep on it every night but will keep experimenting until I get it right. Partner not even trying too frustrating for him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically sleep with the edges or the ends of the pillow under my head and tucked under my neck for support. It works but I can't place it too deeply as it's a bit thick towards the center and it can hurt my neck especially when I wake up in the morning.

I love my old pillow, they're so comfy they're drool worthy but these new pillows were hardly smushy soft, they're so stiff! Even removing some stuffing helped with the height, but it really lacks the softness I crave. My old pillows feel luxurious to sleep on, these were too stiff
