[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is amazingly cool and comfortable. I combined it with the Temperpedic pillow case and couldn't be any happier. They designed it with comfort and a light and airy feel. We even bought the sheets. It's an amazing setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is overly stuffed with shredded foam and I thought I was getting the solid foam pillow that I got in the past. Had to take some of the foam out and it is still not a good sleeping pillow. I do like the pillow cover.

We contacted company before we opened the pillows but they said they were not returnable. Tried them and we were both in agony. Worst neck pain I've ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows aren't what they used to be. I much prefer the filler of the old Tempur fabric that these pillows used to be made of. The pillow is fine, but after having one of the originals, it just isn't the same

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a happy experience. After taking out some filling, it's hard and can't be fluffed up. It can never be washed, which is not good. I got two and never opened the other one. I tried this for weeks and it just gets more uncomfortable.

The first day sleeping with this pillow.. I didn't move. I woke up in the same position I went to sleep with. You truly don't know how much of an impact a pillow has until you try Temperpedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took a few nights to get proper firmness/softness, but after 3 or 4 nights with taking a little filler out at a time, they are perfect for me. I had neck pain issues every morning for a number of years, but once I get these pillows to the proper density for me, neck pain is Eliminated, or very minor when I wake up. Highly recommend.

The pillow is well made as all tempur pedic products are but I find the pillow is not filled enough and is fairly flat and non-supportive. Seems since you can take out or add fill they should overstuff the pillow so the user can taylor the feel to their own preferences

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased two during a BOGO sale along with 4 other pillows. Insides look like they are shredded material (if that matters) - uncertain if they will hold up long term but they are not as comfortable as I had hoped. I am still on the lookout for other pillows. If anything, I'd keep these for a spare room once I find something I like better.
