Paired pillow with TEMPUR pillow protector. Husband decided pillow was fine out of the box so no adjustments needed. Recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow assuming it would be packed full, and the adjustment would be to remove material to meet desired thickness. That isn't the case. The pillow comes a little more than 3/4 full. I have to fold it down so the material doesn't disappear from under my head. When I have enough material, I like the pillow. I was very disappointed in this product, especially for the price. The search for a comfortable pillow goes on.

I love that you can remove some of the filling to make it just right! I tend to sleep hot but these seem to keep me cooler. I recommended these to my son and daughter in law and they purchased two as well and love them too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Tempur-Cloud Adjustible pillow on a 2 for 1 deal, so my wife and I both sleep with them. I'm a side sleeper and have really enjoyed the Tempur-Cloud as it conforms well to my head and shoulders, no matter how many times I might shift around in the night. My wife also enjoys her pillow as a predominantly back sleeper. I did have to invest in King-sized pillow covers, as the Queen-sized ones would ride up a bit in the night.

I have had neck pain for a very long time and I kid you not, have not woken up with neck pain since I've had this pillow. And my husband loves his too. I will say, we did have to adjust ours and the filling inside of them is kind of a pain to get out. It is pieces of foam that like to stick to everything. Although it was a hassle to get out, once we did we were good to go! I am a stomach sleeper so I prefer flatter pillows and he likes his a little fluffier. It was nice that we could adjust each of ours the way we like them. I won't sleep with any other pillow now.

Pillow was just what i needed after months of agonizing pain in my neck never able to find comfortable position to sleep until I tried this pillow. It was a game changer. Conforms to my neck giving me the support i need for a peacful night rest. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a comfortable pillow.

It doesn't feel plush comfortable and no pressure relief (how they describe it). I called the same day I received it to see if by chance I could get a refund but that was a no.

Due to the nature of the filling, I need to adjust it between sleeps as the shape does change, but it is a very quick adjustment. Our previous Tempurpedic pillows have lasted 12 years, hoping for the same satisfaction with this set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two to replace pillows bought in 2006, yes 2006. I have not thrown the old ones away as I still like them. The new ones are very good. Our mattresses were purchased in 2006 and are still very good. I do not regret buying Tempur-Pedic items.
