The pillows are way too full and big for me. I wish I could return them. I didn't realize they weren't returnable. I woke up with a migraine from using the pillow because my neck was strained. Now I only use them for watching tv when I want to be extra propped up. I do think I could pill Some cushioning out of them. I haven't tried.

But the only thing that's adjustable about this pillow is you can unzip the inner bag and empty the filler. What you get is still a pillow, just flatter. I don't recommend it for anyone with neck or back problems. Very misleading and disappointing.

I could not have been more wrong. The pillow, while adjustable, does not keep its shape and has become extremely uncomfortable. When I reached back out to the brand to see if I could get an exchange for a different pillow, I was told no. So not I spent $90 on a pillow that I no longer use because it gives me neck pain.

These pillows are a disappointment. They are not significantly different from the basic pillows you can purchase (for a much more reasonable price) in any large department store. And the return policy is terrible; I can't even get a refund for the one I haven't bothered to take out if its box.

Don't go through anyone else get this product and sleep the rest of your life away in peace !
