The quality is great but I had to remove more than half of the foam in order for it to work for me. I have small shoulders and this was way too full. I also have not touched the second pillow, still in the box. I was hoping I could return it and replace it with another style, but it was not allowed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had recently purchased a temperpedic bed, which we absolutely love. I decided to get temperpedic pillows to go with the bed. The pillows are lumpy and not at all in line with what I would expect from this brand. I requested a return and was advised that due to their 'zero waste policy' they cannot accept a return. My parents came to visit and I had them test the pillows to see what they thought and they agreed, the pillows are terrible. I will proceed to throw out these poor quality expensive pillows. An overall disappointing experience, especially given how satisfied we are with the mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow arrived and it's full of different sized pieces of foam, resulting in a lumpy and uncomfortable pillow. I expected the 90-day return policy to apply to pillows or I never would have ordered these. Customer Service towed the company line despite the product design being defective and refused to let me return the unused pillows. No one should buy these pillows from Tempur-pedic, and the company should make it far clearer on their website when a customer is ordering products that are non-returnable at the point of checkout (not just buried in the FAQ's).

I did have to remove some pillow stuff for my head pillow because it had my neck bent to much. And the 2nd is on my side for slinging my leg and arm over. The one problem I do have is the pillow cases move around on the pillow, so I do have to adjust the cases every couple nights. But I like the way it reforms itself and only needs occasional fluffing.

It the pillow comes unreasonably thick with the expectation that you take the foam out until you reach your preferred thickness. My best pillow. The only criticism is that the foam is unstructured in the pillow case, so if you take enough out to make the pillow much thinner the foam with shift away from your head during the night and make the pillow lumpy.

I'm a side sleeper and this pillow sounded perfect for the ability to customize how thick you wanted it to best work for you. Sadly, I've been really disappointed in this pillow as it's simply just way too flat and did not include nearly enough stuffing to make any sort of difference. I'll continue searching for a good side sleeper pillow as this one is certainly not the answer.

I have had neck pain for a very long time and I kid you not, have not woken up with neck pain since I've had this pillow. And my husband loves his too. I will say, we did have to adjust ours and the filling inside of them is kind of a pain to get out. It is pieces of foam that like to stick to everything. Although it was a hassle to get out, once we did we were good to go! I am a stomach sleeper so I prefer flatter pillows and he likes his a little fluffier. It was nice that we could adjust each of ours the way we like them. I won't sleep with any other pillow now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea of an adjustable pillow is a cool concept but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The pillow is "adjustable" because you can pull out the various stuffing materials to make it firmer or softer. What you don't realize when buying online though is that the stuffing is literally made up of shredded up, chunky material, which you can definitely feel when you lay down on the pillow. It's a fine balance between being comfortable and feeling like you're sleeping on foam childrens play blocks. Beyond that, the pillow needs more stuffing from the factory. As a side sleeper i sleep on the edge of the pillow so my head quite literally pushes the stuffing to the other side of the pillow, leaving the side I'm laying on flat and non-supportive. I also added the cooling element to these pillows and am very disappointed in it. It's noticeable for about the first 5 seconds and then quickly fades away. It's been years, I've bought all of tempur's pillows, and i still can't find one that doesn't give me neck pain over time or that actually stays cool while sleeping on it.

The amount of cushion is great tight from the box. Didn't need to adjust them at all. I'm buying more for my entire family. Great product and worth every penny.
