[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is lumpy and doesn't hold its shape. You can take fill out of the pillow but no extra fill is provided so the only adjustable aspect is to make it more flat. The pillow is not comfortable. Very disappointed.

We were purchasing our Tempurpedic Adapt mattress and read about the cloud pillow. What enticed us is that it is adjustable. My husband prefers a loftier, firm pillow. I prefer a softer, moldable one. This pillow is perfect for each of us. It is soft, form fitting, yet firm. You can take out some of the fluff (I did) to make it flatter. Yet it is still supportive and moldable. Not to big, not too firm; Goldilocks. The perfect pillow is finally at hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed new pillows and saw an advertisement for a buy 1 - get 1 free. I purchased these pillows due to affordability and the adjustability. When I received the pillows, they did not have any extra crushed memory foam for adjusting them. I contacted TEMPUR-pedic to inquire about the extra crushed memory foam to adjust the pillows and was told the adjustments are only for removing the memory foam already in them, not being able to add more foam to make the firmer.

I wanted something that's firm and provides ample support but at the same time, it needs to be adjustable and comfortable. I tried a number of different brands but did not work. until I decided to give the Tempur cloud Adjustable Pillow a shot and it was the right shot. Excellent Pillow!!!

Game changer for real, I don't wake up with neck OR back pain anymore. I'm literally begging my parents to get them for their own house, mostly so I can use them when I visit them lol.

However, you can feel the individual filling pieces, so it does not live up to the "cloud" description. Lesson learned - pillows are hard to buy online! The worst part is that we didn't realize they're NOT returnable. "Dear guests, sorry for the expensive but lumpy pillows." We'd really appreciate if Tempurpedic could please contact us to make this right.

I would have to stack two to three pillows to get a comfort I was needing! Until I bought the Tempur-Cloud Adjustable + Cooling Pillow now all I need is just one to get a comfortable sleep all night long!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is very comfortable and stays cool throughout the night. The only issue I've found is that it tends to slip out of my pillowcase, but that was easily fixed with a different style of pillowcase.
